It's not really something that's easy to teach over the MOS forum. It's similar to the principles used by budhist monks and other spiritual meditative practices. You're basically repeating a mantra over and over keeping your mind clear of thoughts. After practice you'll find that you will become less stressed, more focused and more aware. Try looking for a school or centre which can teach it near you. TM is one of the most popular forms of meditative practice so it shouldn't be too hard to come across it.

Reading "Conversations with God" now, I like the approach the writer is using. Just started to read it so I have a while to go but so far it feels like a good approach to some of what we are all suffering with.
