For the first time today a blister has formed on my glans. It's hard and you can see the black blood colour. It's not sore at all.
How should I tackle this before continuing training and how do I prevent this in the future? I use a vacuum extender.

I would If I could apply nir infrared light, and red light (you get it with MOSRED). These two wavelengths of light complement each other and promote the fastest recovery.

When it comes to blisters the rule is to let them be, and to not puncture them. They are a part of the healing process for the body.

How to prevent this in the future?, I believe @Tommy Gun have a solution. He was talking about a water trick before. You keep water inside the cup to act like a cushion. He have a description of this in his progress thread.

I don't use extenders myself, so this is as far as I can help. But I would say rest is important initially. Try hydrocortisone 1% and Locobase REPAIR as well.

I hope you get a fast recovery so you can continue growing.

Thanks for your help.

I would guess that this was caused by the silicone cap I was using to protect my glans with my vacuum extender became too stretched which caused the vacuum pressure to build on the glans which lead to the blister. I have ordered some self adhesive bandage to use instead of the cup that should arrive in 2 days, hopefully by then the blister will have healed in time for some more stretching.

You're welcome.
That sounds like a good plan. Hope you recover fast. The water trick may be a solution as well. Take care.

When you get a blister, never, ever ever pop it. Use heat and compression until it alleviates itself.

Blisters happen when you up the intensity too quickly or don't use proper precautions.
I would try the water trick in the bell once it heals up.
That and lower the weight that you were using, otherwise it's going to happen again.
It won't take long but allow your body 2-3 weeks using the water trick to get back up to what you were so your body is more forgiving for future injuries.

A blood blister from too much intensity. Give it a week with lots of heat. You can continue with manual length while flaccid until it heals
Too much intensity? That's interesting. I never heard guys getting them from too much intensity. What causes them to form from this?

Usually a fold or pinch in the wrap You're using or possibly from pumping with too much hg. Don't worry too much because this is extremely rare.

There is pressure in the vacuum bell which keeps the seal.
Make a seal and start pulling on the bell.
You'll feel it the harder you start to pull.
Too much pull (pressure, weight, tension, etc.) Will cause blood blisters.
That and as dld said it can also happen from a pinch in your sleeve from abrasion of some sort

Do you own a length master? If I were you, I will switch to using a length master. Using the length master for 40 minutes daily is better than wearing an extender for 4 to 6 hours.

With all due respect I was asking for help with my blister and not to be told to switch to a different device. You can get injured just as much or even more with the lengthmaster, it's not the device it's the person using it.

The length master makes length unbelievably quick.
