Luckily I’ve now got the best Doc I have ever had, she has helped me with absolutely everything I have asked her to help me with. Like HCG and Nolvadex for my TRT protocol and she has zero problems with me self injecting the Nebido/testosterone either.
And now she quickly made sure I could get an evening Ritalin booster dose as well by calling a psychiatrist and getting advice from them on how to do it . I simply love having her as my Doc as I feel like she takes me seriously and we work good togheter. If she can’t answer my requests or give me what I ask for she always calls an expert or two to get the info she needs. I have such respect for her too and would never go against her advice.

The mind is the biggest limit in how fast a brother can gain. So I'm confident, I know you have a strong and determined mindset.

That doctor sounds amazing.

It's a little diffrent structured where I live, so there is not possible that one doctor can help me with everything.

This is the reason I needed to self educate myself so much in the medical field. Read really hard books in English, until English where no problem for me any longer. I love my hyperfocused mind.

Yepp, I got really lucky for once by getting her as my Doctor.

Hope you get educated enough, which I know you will, to get whatever help you might need from a Doctor.

Have struggled with Doctors for years in the past who simply would not listen to me, so I sure know how difficult it can be brother.

Yeah! Some of them get stuck in the old ways. I have seen this multiple times. But some really see you as well. There are some prejudice involved for the doctors that get stuck in the old ways.

Exactly, that’s why I’m so lucky as I believe she’s in her early twenties and newly educated and also willing to listen and take into account what I’m telling her.
 
Hello, boys. I've been lurking for some time now gobbling up as much info as I can. I started out decently long (7.25" bpel) but at only 5.25" girth, I was always aware that I could use more there. I started with ADS and weight hanging but quickly realized after reading the forums that my method of choice would be pumping 5x5x3. I've seen about 0.25" in girth and possibly 0.25" in length so far. My minimum goal is 8x6 (cliché, I know,) but I wouldn't hate 8.5x6.5. Not looking for a monster. I want to give pleasure, not pain! I'm happily married, have always had pretty good sex life, but I've had to make up orally for my lack of girth. My wife has already "responded positively," so I couldn't be happier. I have had pubic bone tenderness as well as lymph duct inflammation/hardness. Basically, I rest when I need to but aim for 5 on, 2 off. Mostly introducing myself but also open to feedback!
 
Also, I do my 5*5*3 @ 5 inhg. I believe I may have induced the lymph duct hardness/inflammation by being too aggressive in raising vacuum pressure to 7 inhg (within 2-3 weeks,) but it could also be the result of too tight a grip during SSJ? I've been using massage to work out the hardness/inflammation.

Thanks, DLD. I have a warmer and have been massaging. Its hard to get good pressure on the duct itself when not erect. I read comments on reddit of symptoms that matched mine that it was really only effective erect. Frustrating because I try to juggle between SSJ and massage while doing erect work. Sorry if I'm discussing this too much in the general newbie forum.
 
Is the vein painful? Does it feel like a wire?
 
It does feel like a thin wire but is not blue, so I'm under the impression it is a lymph duct, not a vein. It pops out from the top base and floats along the top right toward the glans and then splits at a junction just below my coronal ridge. The T wraps circumferentially just under the coronal ridge. The length of the duct seems to free-float beneath the skin because it repositions when I massage it. I was more afraid at first and stopped for about a week. One day I started to massage the duct and found that after massaging near the base, the duct/vein seemed to subside. It stayed gone until I resumed PE that night. I believe it didn't come up with mthe initial 5 minute pump but appeared aftery first SSJ. My OK grip might be too hard?

That sucks! I thought it might be at first but then reading other stories, that lack of blue color made me think it was a clogged duct. How long does it usually take to normalize?

About a week. Use deep tissue massage and heat to heal faster
 
Thanks. I probably only took 3 or 4 days off before. I'd like to keep my penis so I appreciate the caution.
