i dont think my piece is in perfect shape...first off i have a hard time getting and maintaining erections (once erection is dead it cannot be revived <:( for hours) also i have problems with pre-jac.....i've done kegel exercises but have not seen any progress....i do not want to do anything to permanently damage it

how do you advise i heal my piece and when should i begin a basic routine..then how do i know im ready for more complex techniques?

oh..and my goals is to reverse all the problems stated above...and if i gain length that would be a plus...
just basically get my piece back into proper working state...
damn...PLEASE HELP!!!

Welcome 812B! The best place to start is with THIS ROUTINE it will teach you the basics of Penis Enlargement and also address the issues your thread has brought up. Jelqing, which is the basis of the girth portion of the program above, will help you last longer due to the constant stimulation that takes place in an average session. Jelqing will also help your erection strength. Refractory periods are different for most guys and I would not get down over it.
