Hey, brothers.

Something I am in the process of researching and getting my hands on.

Enclomiphine Citrate. This SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) is powerful. By prescription only at this point. Possibly some black market as well, but here’s the kicker:
Enclomiphine (NOT Clomid which is not advisable) works by stimulation our LH (Luteinizing Hormone) and our FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) naturally in the pituitary. It signals our balls ti produce more testosterone which is so needed as us older middle aged guys are tanking in this. Extremely well tolerated vs. traditional TRT cycles in that it doesn’t increase Cortisol (way not good) and also doesn’t overproduce estrogens. One other nice “downside” to this, if you will, is your balls. Your testicles will increase in size due to Lydig cells activating and thus volume increase in testicles. Just the opposite of traditional TRT that can make your balls shrivel to pea size. You can stack the Enclomiphine Citrate with HCG for even better results. I’ve seen where 12.5mg every three days or so increase Test and Free Test about 30-40%. With minimal side effects. I’ll know more when I get my hands on this and report.
So many upsides to having an optimal Test levels not for just overall men’s health, but also PE journey. Just so bro science I wanted to share.
Peace.

Good research on your part. It's a great non-steroidal estrogen receptor antagonist, forcing your body to reeve up its testosterone production. The last published studies on this were between 2015 to 2018. There are a few latest one but the results were not too optimistic under clinicial trials as substitutes for HGH (human growth hormone) and reformulation of DHEA substitutes. Once @Haursen discovers his T-level, this may help him tremendously to have that temorary boost to get the PE game going onto the right track.

However, do know that you're forcing your system to produce testosterone in a conspicuous way, similar to shove a bottle of nitrox into a stock engine. Short term will be awesome in getting that extra boosted horsepower. Long term will put a strain on the entire engine. Do know that each person's physiological maturity will effect differently, and if you are pursuing to make a family, there is a chance of massive sperm count reduction in the likelihood of 40% or greater. Great not to use a condom, for those who are there just to enjoy their sexual lives before the family scenarios. Also, do be aware that your total cholesterol will shot up like a rocket. Make sure to monitor it well, drink lots of water, and exercise.

Also be sure not to go long extender periods using it non stop as there have been some reports of vision loss from using enclomiphene for 6 months non-stop. The beauty of this drug is that it does not shut you down and so you would only need to stop taking it with no PCT following.

Wow. Those numbers are beyond sexually primed beast. You can get five 30 minutes love sessions in a row and still want more.

@kriskros here's something to look into. I've compared for any adverse affects against on what you're taking now and I don't see any compounding or anti-agent. However, just a warning that it does have a synergistic reaction to your testosterone treatment and may boost your sexual appetite even higher than you can control. I don't know how much compounding libido you may get because you have other medications that cause antagonistic/counter balance to what you are creating. However, any excess will only help you. Once again, to high of a libido may turn too into a sexual deviant.

I am taking ovitrele which is choriogonadotropin alpha and does the same thing almost. It goes to testicles and forces them to create T. My numbers are way higher than TCDreamers numbers and I feel the same that I was feeling when I had Very low T like hypogonadic. Nothing has changed.
What can you do if your mind / psychology is not letting you go up? I have bipolar disorder and I am on anafranil and tegretol. Anafranil increases Prolactin levels. Elevated prolactin levels = Cant Have Strong erection / Cant maintain Erection. Tegretol = Erectile Dysfunction.
I am trying to remove tegretol to put Abilify to decrease Prolactin levels but my endocrinologist said:: The Prolactin levels of 28ng/ML are not that high for not having strong erection!! I am so confused!
It is pure psychological?

I am NOT a licensed physician nor expert, but I feel you that you are on some heavy duty meds. Like real heavy duty! Knowing your condition, I understand. But one thing is for sure, TCA’s (Tricyclic Antidepressants) Will undoubtedly cause ED and dysfunction issues. Without doubt. If your numbers are higher than mine (which I am amazed they would be as I am in the upper stratosphere for a Man 53 years old. Actually have numbers and markers of a 20 year old!) then I would hazzard a guess it’s the TCA meds that are at issue here. But here’s the kicker: Enclomiphine Citrate, when dosed and cycled properly, stimulates FSH and LH and actually makes your balls have more volume and more robust semen production. You’re on a HcG (human chorionic gonadotropin) med which should help in that area, but the Enclomiphine does the same thing, albeit different pathways in the pituitary. You can’t really tell, maybe you can, but my balls are actually larger since end of February. I don’t know your age nor condition, and I don’t want to jump to any sort of conclusion, but IF you can get off the TCA’s, I would!!!! You would have to talk to your Primary physician to do so and Titrate down off of those. You simply cannot quit them cold turkey. You’ll be in a world of shit if you did that. Just my opinion here.

@oldandlively
Quite the opposite with Enclomiphine and sperm production. Enclo has shown to NOT affect fertility and has an opposite effect as a traditional TRT protocol. Enclo has shown to actually increase testicular volume and not have issue with sperm counts nor testicular atrophy! I’m living proof with my balls having more volume etc. Enclo, via the pituitary pathways, increase LH and FSH and doesn’t have the downside of Clomid and exogenous TRT therapy.

I am 38 years old and I am on medications for years. I have forgotten the day when I had strong erections. Just talked to my physician and he said my meds are the lowest possible for my situation. I had ED with TCAs, SSRIs, SNRIs and the question is... is this medication problem ? Is this the anti epileptic tegretol problem ? Or is it in my mind? If I stop meds It will take a great toll on me.

I thought the TRT lowers LH and FSH to the bottom because of the injections like me???

Again. I am NOT a Dr nor professional. But I have a buddy that’s on those or similar. I agree that if you go off them, all sorts of issues will be even worse than you can imagine. I get that part. The meds just have a downfall of sexual dysfunction that occurs. Can’t work around that I don’t think. Maybe speak to your Primary. Ask him/her if there is something that can be done to counteract the effects of the TCA’s?

Do remember that each individual reacts to the drugs differently. You've been taking the drugs for so many years that the body is adjusting in certain hormonal production scheme that we can't tell without the history of the blood work results.

However, do speak to the physician to see if you can edge off the unnecessary medications while maintaining the ones that truly count.

I can only review cases and if no one provide the detail person experiences like TCDreamer for in-depth data logging due to pride or fear, those info don't get provide for analysis and will go unnotice until thr people come back and report bizarre phenomena. It appears he has gone through similar crisis. I'll report this to my colleagues.
