Stuck between 8 and 9 myself right now...Was really hoping to break the 8" barrier for 2016 but that just wasn't in the cards (no gains since about mid summer, and maybe a little bit of loss).

What is your current routine? No one should go that long without gains. Lets try to figure out what is wrong.

To be honest not much...just stretching as it seemed to be working at first. I don't remember all the official names, but pretty much stretching straight down, up, and to the sides, holding for 30 seconds and doing about 5 sets each. Also stretching by pulling one way at the base and the other way at the glans (30 seconds), and using one finger as a fulcrum and stretching up or down (again 30 seconds, 5 sets) to work the shaft.

Over the last bit I have also started using my Bathmate again to see if it can jumpstart things again. I also have a Phallosan I haven't started using yet, mainly because of trying to find the time to put in all the hours required.

Current size is 7.5-7.75" BPEL (varies a little on EQ) and 5.2 MEG. Hoping to see 8.5"x5.5" in 2016 (so 0.75-1" and 0.3"), with an end-goal of around 10" BPEL x 6.5" (2.5" and 1.3") although I know that's a size I might/probably will never hit.

I would say the lack of gains is due to a lack of training. Training needs to be consistent, daily if able. The best place to start is always with The Newbie Routine and taking cues from SRT. SRT is where you will see amazing growth but the Newbie Routine will build a massive foundation to work upon. You are starting at a much bigger size than me and I made your major goal so it is very possible. How much time do you have to dedicate to this? With the equipment you already have I would start as soon as possible with SRT. Maybe a week or two in the Newbie Routine and then jump into the SRT routine.

Well I have been fairly consistent so far, as I do the above 5 days a week and take rest days over the weekends. Only times I didn't commit to 5 days was the odd time due to life, or because I went too hard and did something that needed a day or two rest. I did manage to gain 1"x0.2" thus far, but things did stop growing around the 6-9 month mark.

Will look into those posts, and glad to hear my goals might be possible. Like I mentioned too, I'm trying to use my Bathmate more to shake things up (plus I do want/need more girth), and want to give the Phallosan a go too. Also thinking of hanging, but I'm trying to do this without spending more money for now. I do agree I probably do need to put more time into this, as I've probably exhausted all easier gains already, so going further will take more time and more dedication.
 
Shaking things up is a good way to jolt the cock into breaking a plateau, sometimes it has to do with hitting things differently. Also progressive increments need to be included to maximize potential because it ain't easy fighting for these gains man

Great gains so far and getting deeper into the SRT experience you will do better and better. The Phallosan is a great device in two ways, one is it's ability to bring intense stretching to cause new gains and two, using at a lighter setting to cement new gains. The more dedication you give to this the more you will get!

yeah gains are hard to get,specially if we are hard gainers lol

Good post! Some very good points, I always seem to doubt myself as I gain from time to time. Hopefully I maintain injury free. Again, great post!

9 years since I started this PE shit im fucking small still...9 years can you guys believe it my mind beat me again. I should reconsider what is wrong whit me...
