Also that lower back and upper leg weight lifting exercises like squats and deadlifts will help boost testosterone over time. I've been doing pe more than working out my body, I don't want my body to become a pile of mush so I'm going to start working out more often. My plan is to do short intense workouts consisting of sprints on my elliptical machine and the main weight lifting exercises. I don't like working out too long and plus I heard short intense 15-30 min. workouts get the job done and are really effective especially if your doing it along with pe.
