Hi, I read on a few threads that doing cardio will help blood flow thus eq. Also that lower back and upper leg weight lifting exercises like squats and deadlifts will help boost testosterone over time. I've been doing pe more than working out my body, I don't want my body to become a pile of mush so I'm going to start working out more often. My plan is to do short intense workouts consisting of sprints on my elliptical machine and the main weight lifting exercises. I don't like working out too long and plus I heard short intense 15-30 min. workouts get the job done and are really effective especially if your doing it along with pe. My question is should I workout before or after I pe? I heard that working out before tires you out too much. If I were to do it after I heard that the penis turtles. What's the most optimal time to workout while also doing pe through out the day and night?
 
Just read through a few other threads. Everyone is saying to workout your body first and then pe. One reason is because your testosterone will spike post workout and give a boost for pe and your blood will be more circulated so there's a chance the blood will go to the penis. Working out your body after pe will cause you to turtle up and the blood will be sucked up by the muscles depriving the penis. Also I think working out before might be the better choice because I'll wake up, put on the SG like usual, and I can go into my weight room while wearing the SG. As a bonus my penis won't turtle while I'm working out with the SG, and it gives me a reason to always put on the SG pre workout. Answered my own question lol. :) I still would like to know what you guys do and maybe you can throw some tips my way.
 
i think only if you have real problems getting hard, but i just watched ���� for 15 min and when 90-100% erect entered Bathmate...
 
I don't know about that-but one thing I've learned is that it's better to do Penis Enlargement BEFORE you masturbate, not AFTER. The penis is "awake" beforehand and kind of "asleep" after, so I find I have much more successful and efficient sessions if I haven't busted a nut in a while.

I worked out today finally after not working out in many months. I did a small workout before pe and another late at night because I had energy and aggression. One thing I noticed is that my mental state changed right away! For example I feel a lot more confident and aggressive. I also noticed a change in my attitude towards women, like that feeling of being a man you know and taking control. I think all that tension needed to be released and now it feels I want to tear things apart, like girls want an asshole I'll give them an asshole! I'll be loyal and honorable to all my bros and bond. Sorry to say but the girls can get the asshole though because they deserve it. Is this what working out does? Maybe it's the testosterone boost? =)

btw I found a dude that gives good advice on youtube about how to get women. Type stephanerdman in youtube. He says being a jerk is actually bad advice.
 
Man, all of these guys are full of shit... you might draw the attention of a woman to you with some tricks, but in the long run - or even if you want to get laid - you have to have more than just some lousy pick-up lines. It really upsets me that these so called "love gurus" make men believe that they need to change themselves in order to get a girl. You only get sad because they don't love you but the person you depict to be. Also, women are not stupid, in 99% of the cases they notice IMMEDIATELY if a guy is fake or real... especially if they know the person and he "suddenly" changes his style... I mean, c'mon....

Picking up women is kind of off topic but I'll just say that the minute I stopped worrying about "game" or any kind of rules or pick ups or all that crap is the minute I started getting laid easily. Throw that Neil Strauss book right out the window.

Women are attracted to someone who is confident and can hold their attention. There are no unconfident assholes, so that's where that whole line of thinking comes from.

Hidden way to get better at women and life in general:

Adopt a dog.

Seriously. Go get a puppy and train the dog AND YOURSELF to be a confident owner that is in complete control of the dog. Learn about the body language and quiet, calm confidence (your "energy", as Cesar Milan calls it). Learn the nonverbal skills necessary to control a dog and you will suddenly find yourself controlling most social situations as well.

You can also use the dog as a lure/tool for meeting women at parks and on walks and whatnot, obviously. It's a great icebreaker. But the real key here is being in charge. Most dog owners get run over by their dogs and the dog runs the house. These are the ones you see walking the dog on an extending leash twenty feet out in front of them. They ask the dog to sit and repeat it ten times and the dog doesn't do it, etc. These are not confident strong people. Learn to progress from that into a leader and you'll find yourself wading through oceans of vagina.

Plus you'll save a dog's life (always get a rescue!), which is also a nice perk, and will end up with a lifelong and loyal friend.
 
From what I know of you through this site, you would be an absolutely perfect rescuer for a pit bull in need, DLD.

Thats my favorite thing about working out. I see it the most after a heavy squat set. 6 reps at 265(still working on getting the weight up, I weigh 160) and i feel like i can pick a truck up. and then after you finish kicking your ass the endorphins have you stoned for like an hour if you really pushed it to the limit. its amazing...
 
Listen to player supreme. He's probably one of the best and tells the REAL truth outthere. I use to listen to David D and other PUAs, but it doesn't work. PS teaches mind and body connection of the game. He focuses more on the inner-game then outer. Once you fix your inner stuff, you're good to go.
 
Thanks for all the responses guys, wow deagle those are some heavy monster squats, do you do them on the squat rack or free weight squats, do you have any squat tips? Is it alright to do heavy 6 reps when just starting or should I do light weight high reps?

I like when he said that even though when women do go for the nice guy they are still open to play around. Which leads me to believe women are cheaters LMAO. Anyone else know any good pick up artists, don't worry about being off topic.
