Hi all! This is a question mostly for veterans and long-time PEers. Are you afraid of creating permanent damage from long-term PE? Is there anyone you know (including you) that has or has not had issues (erectile dysfunction, lingering pain, etc.) after long-term training? I'm a little nervous of that because this seems like it could cause issues, even if it's done correctly. Huge-girth is my coach, so I know I'm in good hands as far as doing the exercises properly and frequency. What I'm worried about is creating long-term damage from doing things properly. I currently am not having any issues.

Any thoughts?

Solution
As long as you take full cautions in PE, injuries are minimized. Long term damages occur when you go too hard and too fast because you are overzealous or just desperate. As the motto here is, "It's not a sprint. It's a marathon."

Injuries will happen. But listening to everyone's inputs and know where you are in the intensity levels, proceed with full observations like you are watching a prey in your crosshair. Inform your coach constantly even the littlest details on suspicions of issues. They are there for you and will discuss with you.
thats what really sucks, . i was fine the way i was. being damaged now has ruined my go. my sensitivity is all jacked up and ive already been told they cant do anything about any of that, so im just patiently waiting . im not sure what to do anymore. every doctor seems clueless. im gonna look into something soon though. it just feels over really though. sex doesnt even appeal to me right now in the slightest anymore.

You don't have any problem brother. Don't let your mind trick you. If your mind succeed in tricking you, you can lose your erection to it. It can become a psychological problem.

Comparing someone else problems with someone, are not a fair way to help a person. That will just negate their importance and their problems. This is a very crule way to shut them down.
@notmeanymore have a problem, do not say he do not have a problem, or try to campare it to someone else, that will not help him.

Agree that the psychology can impact the physical but nerve damage != psychological it's physical.

But psychological problems will impact the physical state, maybe this is one key into fixing this.

@Argyle only fear that he might encounter a problem in the long run. He doesn't have any problem right now. If he train with the right intensity and caution, he won't encounter any problem. In my opinion, the fear is all in his mind and what he fears will not happen as long as he follows a thorough routine.

This year makes it 11 years since I've been on MOS and I don't know anyone who followed all of the guidance @DLD provided and ended up having a damaged penis.

There is nothing to fear or panic about @Argyle

@Argyle please mark the answer in this thread, and create a new question in this forum on another thread, if you have more questions.
@squirt_inducer_man Sorry about that! I hadn't been logged on since I posted. I didn't even realize that was a thing! I'll start doing that from now on, it's a good idea to have that as a feature in the forums.

cliff notes. for some retarded reason, got the bright idea to experiment and jelq and pump. then one day, i woke up with a broken penis. hasnt felt right or worked right in over 9 months. and is only marginally better. sensitivity is all jacked up most of the day, and i now walk around with about half my normal penis and usually i cant feel it unless im in bed. oh, and cant have sex or masturbate so far or i pay for it bigtime. its pretty awesome ruining your life over something so dumb.

Did you try to go too hard too fast? It seems like a lot of people have also pumped and jelqed but haven't had these issues. Would you mind telling me exactly what you did? Or direct me to the thread where you talk about the exact exercises and sequences you did, if it already exists?
