Possible penis damage from pumping?

I was pumping today and everything seemed fine. However, I noticed later today that the head of of my penis (glands?) is sensitive to the touch, but doesn’t flex via kegel. I’m still able to get an erection and orgasm, but the head of my penis has sort of gone limp.
Should I wait it out? Seek medical attention? Please advise. Thank you.

Sensitive glans is a normal phenomenon when the sensitive tissues are being stretched and expanded. If you are afraid of being too sensitive or suspecting the glans is over worked due to too zealous of a pumping session, let your glans rest for a day or two. That will reset the sensitivity. I still get sensitive glans after every intense 10x5x3 sessions.

Wow thank you so much for the quick response! I can’t even flex my glans at the moment, and I normally can. I pursued an orgasm just to make sure I could, and the glans are extra tingly sensitive now. I hope it will go back to normal to where I can kegel/flex them again!

I normally flex while in the tube. Maybe I shouldn’t? Anyway, I’m new to pumping, so I found this discovery alarming.

Thanks again for responding. I’m new to PE. I hope this is something I can recover from.

Ah, yes. You've overworked the glans. I just went through the same intense night myself. Went a bit too hard with the light kegels to add 100%+ into my glans too. Got a bit sensitive afterwards. It's not a bad thing. Just need to go a tad easier on yourself next time. For me, I ease up the following day rather going into another intense pumping routine with the SSJ.

However, if this is your first time feeling it, I can infact say you've hit a very high expansion point. Allow the tissues to rest for a day, or even three if you feel the tingling continues. This means you tissues just added another 1% to 2% expansion rate beyond your normal limit barrier. Commonly, you don't feel this if you slowly grow at a 0.1% to a 0.75%. This is not a whole percent of your girth size but a micro fracturing of your tissue growth rate. We can really go into the nitty gritty details to put you to sleep.

Thanks again for your reply and your time. What’s also alarming is not only the glans looking smaller now, but they won’t swell up big upon a light jelk like they normally do.

I’m a little worried to be honest. I hope I can recover from this.

Nitty gritty details are good. I’ve been pumping for 2 weeks and have managed to gain .5 inch in girth. I promise I’m not making this up.

It does swell up because your penis is attempt to perform a retraction state as much as possible to repair. Full cellular divisions and repairs occur between that 72 to 96 hours. Give it a bit of time. I believe most veterans here go through similar scenarios time and time again.

Oh man this is good news! Thank you so much, sir! I’m assuming you mean *does not swell.* Yes, it’s terrifying to do a Jelk only to see your glans do nothing, like they’re dead.

If I recover from this I’m going to start a build/progress thread.

Correct. Sorry about that. Try to type "doesn't" and autocorrected to "does". I blame the sexual beasty woman next to me (cwl)

This is typical when you overdo the pumping, or are getting to the next level in pressure/intensity. The penis can feel numbness somewhat, rests should fix this. This happend for me in the beginning before I got used to the high pressure in the MityVac.

Brother, thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate your and @oldandlively time and dedication.

It’s been 24 hours since I last pumped, and the tingly, extra sensitive head/glans are still prevalent. No change. What’s most alarming to me is not only do my head/glans look smaller than they normally do, but my head/glans don’t flex via kegel, and worse, do not fill up with blood via light jelk. Never heard or seen anything like this.

A praise report though, I had a nocturnal erection last night and the shaft was hard as a rock. I’m just hoping my glans will recover.

I had something similar, and I have to agree, I was somewhat worried as well. But I did recover fully in a couple of days.

When the tissue are overworked it wants to hide. That is: your penis do not not want to hang as low and thick, and erections can also be cut off temporary.

Similar to, when you have multiple of ejacuations after each other. The penis wants to "hide" and be retracted.

It's important to be careful with the vaccum pressure. And when being completely new, or after a long break we need to increase the intensity/vaccum pressure carefully, until we can get to maximum vaccum pressure again. Better to keep the vaccum pressure lower then risking this from happening all the time.

Often I only get to maximum vaccum pressure on the last 2 minutes (of 5 minutes) during a set inside the pump.

As brother SIM pointed out, it's common. I can even say one of the micro chamber collapsed from over exertion and it's rebuilding, in addition to your dorsal nerve branch at the tip of the glans got caught in the collapse. For me, I massage or from the base to the base of the glans gently using my palms during a light erection to get the blood in, using a bit of comforting warm oil like coconut, palm, or shea. This is to promote further healing using warm compress approach. Using red light therapy like MOS Red is always a great thing to speed recovery as well.

Do report back in the next 24 hours and 48 hours. This is the 72 hours mark. Last one is in 72 hours to mark the 96 hours mark. Cellular recovery is normally within this window.

UPDATE: 52 hour mark.

Last night I had woke to a nocturnal erection, and for the first time, I didn’t notice any tingling or glan sensitivity. Woke this morning and didn’t notice any sensitivity upon awakening, but once I got out of bed and started moving around, the sensitivity was noticeable and has been prevalent ever since.

My sensitivity had increased from about 75%-85% to 100% after the orgasm test. But now, I’d say that I’m back down to the 75%-85%. I don’t know if this new percentage is from healing or the aftermath of the orgasm test wearing off.

Either way, I’m in the Lord’s hands. I pray that I am healed in Jesus’ name. Thank you brothers. I appreciate all of your time and expertise.

Yep, your penile sensitivity increase and decrease is an indicator that your body is progressing in its healing states. The lack of tingling is your body reconnection of damage nerve branch. Any weird feeling of a tingling or a spark in the glans is the remain portion of the nerve branch trying to heal the collapsed point. Something like a damaged railway repair. The repair is on point.

UPDATE: 72 hour mark.

I did some pelvic floor stretches last night, and this morning (not stretching penis, only stretching my body). The tingling is now gone. However, now my pelvic floor from the anis to testicular area is more sore as a result.

I noticed this area had been sore prior to stretching, but it is much more sore now.

My glans look a little bigger now, but they still aren’t activating via jelk or kegel like they used to. I’m going to see a urologist this evening. I will check back in later today. Thanks again to all of you for time and expertise.
