I'm talking about the way dld teaches in the matter of size DVD. Some members like stillwantmore says this way can cause an injury and overhand jelqs are better. So I'm trying to see which method is more effective.

I think what Still is saying is it is easier, not certain, to get an injury from the underhand method, but I have done both and never obtained an injury. Either way it is a "jelq" and doing it either way will still yield the same results. It is mostly up to preferability and comfort.

That's the gist of it. Plus, the way I would personally jelq (tight grip, high erection IE: for GAINS) can cause thrombosed veins.

Everybody has their own style, it is what works best for you.

Okay but dld I would like to ask if jelqing your way would cause any damage to the dorsal nerve.

Yep, I always gripped with the force on the sides, could never perform it top bottom.

C Jelq's on the side of the penis. I have always done them this way. I did them before I found MOS and before I learned about Slow Squash Jelq's.

You keep away from: Superficial Dorsal Vain, Deep Dorsal Vein, Dorsal Artery and Dorsal Nerve.

So, if you want to do the safest jelq method, which is it? reverse grip diamond jelq? I'm thinking about just light work.

Just watch and follow the exercise on the MOS DVD

There's no safest jelq method. Only what you need. Light work can be be as simple as common downward jelq to maximize lengthening process and promote blood flow, reverse grip diamond jelq to force more blood flow in and then out, or slow squash jelq downward to maximize length and girth using lower grip tension and restriction of the blood flow. Of course, this may be the most aggressive among the mentioned.
