    Girth gains to report

    I don't measure often but couldn't help myself today. My efforts have paid dividends as im now up to 5.4 inches EG! This now means i have gained 0.2 inches girth since my return. 0.6 in total. Good thing is then i wasn't trained efficiently with my tools and srt.
