So I heard there is what we call bathmate cushion ring. It's said to prevent your balls from getting sucked in or giving you those slight pains while pumping. Is there anyone using the cushion ring? How does it work? It's being sold on bathmate website. I'm shocked I never heard of this until now

It is intended to prevent 'gaiter bite' and one was included with my X40, but oddly not with my Goliath. I never use mine anymore, but when I did it didn't prevent 'ball-suckage'

I think you're referring to the comfort ring insert. The cushion rings are a completely different accessory and do a great job at preventing 'ball-suckage' as well as adding overall comfort at the base area. The cushion ring works best if you remove the comfort insert.

Hey guys, friendly reminder....let's keep threads in their appropriate sub forums. Rather than, posting in the busier forums for more potential attention.

All forums get good replies, I bump every thread everyday so all get exposure. Except on Sundays.

You got one with your BathMate. All Hydromax BathMates have them.

Cushion ring didn't come with any of the bathmate I got. I believe it is sold separately

Those add-ons have been a development that came along with the X-series, right? So they never introduced it to the Goliath. Just wondering whether you are thinking of the white "long inserts" as Bathmate calls them. I didn't know the cushion rings either but i just saw that you have to put them on the cock before you attach the Bathmate. Still I don't understand how this works because what will hold the cushion ring back from entering the tube?

Fortunately my balls don't get sucked anymore because my base expands too much, however now I have gaiter bite. Eventually I would like to have a larger Bathmate. Maybe I can achieve something with 3D Prints.

The cushion ring has the same outside diameter as the base of the pump. The inside diameter of the ring is less than inside diameter of the base of the tube. The cushion ring will not enter the tube no matter how high you raise the pressure.
