Hey guys, hope the routines are going well.

Just realized I've got a slight concern/question:

When lying on my back, my dick loses blood fast and stays hard, but almost like it's been reduced in volume (no doubt because of downward blood flow) and it doesn't stay hard or upright for long.

This sucks. Ass.

How can I change this? Kegels and Jelqing more? At the moment, I'm doing 2hrs hanging with circulation breaks of 5 min in between, daily. The weight is only 1.7kg and the grip is loose, not tight.
But I'm not doing anything else as I am admittedly quite lazy. >:(
 
Try a different position. I sit when I jelq and stretch and this works great. Experiment a bit and find the best position for your body.
