Cant get lenght

I am doing PE about year and a half,i got 1.5cm in Non bone pressed erect length in first 7,8months from jelq,then i add bathmate,got some girth,and then i start hanging with 2.5 kg 3 hours per day.2 months i add fulcrum stretch with 2.5 kg and some manual stretching,no gains at all in lenght,and then i went for the girth,i gain almost 0.3 inch in girth.What should i do for lenght?
 
you have the right idea just the wrong approach. if you've been doing PE for a year and a half non stop then I suggest a decontioning break for a couple of months,then when you resart,start with the newbie routine and do plenty of bundled stretches.
 
2 months?i dont want to lose gains,i just went from 5.2 to 5.5 in girth.with 3 months of hard girth routine

I've been doing pe since I was 15,I'm 22 now. I've taken multiple deconditioning breaks for much longer than 2 months to be able to break through pleatus and I've just recently succeded to do so by finally reaching 9" bpfsl for the first time ever. when you take deconditiong breaks you allow your penis to "relax" and deprogram what is has been going through for the past time you've done PE. sure,you'll lose some gains but only a small fraction and when you come back,whatever is lost will be gained in a week or 2.
 
after the decon break,should i go again with jelq,or manual stretching and hanging? becouse i gain lenght only with jelq?

I would follow very strict laid out routine. The newbie routine is a wonderful place to start. This will teach you foundational exercises that will build on your growth as you progress. Do you own any equipment?

i use swim cup method,its like vac hanger,i can go to 2.5 kg,and bathmate,i cant buy hanger in my contry,i already say i was hanging with 2.5 kg 3 hours per day.2 months i add fulcrum stretch with 2.5 kg and some manual stretching ,no gains at all in lenght

That’s no problem. I’m very pleased to hear that you have the pump. I like that you made a swim cap anger but you can make a much better hanger to handle more weight using some of the other homemade hangers people have made. its look good,should i take decon break? i mean after 2 months of 3 hours per day hanging and fulcrum stretch all with 2.5kg,and some manuals no gains at all,i just want 0.4 inch in lenght,i am 7.2 bone pres,and girth 5.4,i dont know what to do

I would take a couple days to do some good deep tissue massage maybe some hot wrap therapies. Just a chance to reset your mind and get ready for something new. take that time to build your new hanger. When you’re ready to come back I think we can implement one of the hanging routines in SRT.

Hi my brother, iwant to know something. Iam 4 inches tall. Iwant 5.5 inches only. Iwant to know when stopping the routine does growth lasts for life? Iam ready to do the routine for two years. Ido not sleep.,neithen night nor day, pleas ans wer me l appreciate it because of my peniz size
