Hello guys
I have been doing the newbie routine religiously for 20 days now with no days off, and as a newbie, I have questions, that might sound stupid but can help me with what I can probably get in the near future... So if someone can help me with those following questions, I would be appreciated!

1- Following the newbie routine (but not warming up or warming down) for now, what is the average expectation of gains in length and girth in 2, 4 and 6 months?

2- Does masturbation, Affect in a negative way in your gains? How many times could I do it in a week with no problem?

3- My goal is to be 8,5"x6,5", is it realistic to get, with no equipments? Only manual work? I started doing PE with 7"x5" penis size and I didn't measure it yet, what is the best time to measure it again, to see my possible gains?

Ps.: I already feel it a little bit thicker In my hand and with more veins, and my erection quality is way better, but with length it seems it didnt change... Thanks for your attentions!

Following the newbie routine for 6 months could bring you 2" in length *(that is what I gained) but this takes a great deal of dedication. I trained practically the entire day for six months straight. Girth could be as much as .5".

Masturbation can help gains if done at the right time. During Masturbation you should get in 10 minutes of girth training as part off the masturbation. After you have an orgasm it become the best time to stretch your penis, due to fatigue. Masturbation is fine but I would not allow myself to do it more than once per day.

Your goals are very realistic. Manual work will do the job but as I said above, be prepared to put in some serious work. I suggest measuring once every 90 days.

Awesome! I am 100% on this program and I'm sure that in 6 months I'll see some results coming back... I am also doing the tunica stretch for 16 minutes (8 times each side for 1 minute each).
I am more than happy with one more inch in this frame time, anything more than that is just incredible! Thank you for your advices and for always supporting us!

Yes for sure! That is why i came here now to ask you, last night i didnt have a good PE training session, I use a cock ring during the day (slightly tight) and I was feeling my penis getting larger and my confidance was getting up too! However last night I removed the ring and I felt my penis with the size that it was before PE and like nothing has changed, I realize that my gains were only retention, I felt discouraged after all, if you guys can give me some advice about the cock ring usage or what are those effects I would be appreciated!

True PE gains come after a long time mate ! Don't get discouraged.Most of them are only temporary gains,but if you keep training with consistency those gains will turn into real ones.A cock ring should be applied after a girth workout to keep the expansion for longer.Let's say you had a girth workout and at the end you end up with 0.5" temporary increase in girth.At this point you put a cock ring on to keep the expansion for longer.The longer you keep it the faster you will gain.After a few hours your expansion will fade away,natural thing,at this point you can either put the cock ring away,or throw in a quick 5 min jelqing session to bring the expansion back,and put the cock ring on again.Repeat.The longer you keep the expansion the quicker you will gain.If you keep the expansion for a few hours everyday,you will gain girth in no time.

Now understand what " quick " and " no time " means in PE world.Do not expect to gain girth in 2 weeks or something like that.PE takes time.Using SRT principles ( like the cock ring one ) you will gain faster but you will need time too ! Warming up and down are a very important part of your routine.Why wouldn't you warm up / down?Those tehniques will relax the penis making it much easier to work with :) Takes only 5 min and it will benefit you in so many ways , and keep the injury away from you.Always warm up/down,whatever you like to do,hot shower,hot wrap,light stretching anything.

Nobody can answer those question,everyone is different,but if you are consistent,and do every exercise the correct way you could gain 1" and cement it ( make it permanent ) in 6 months.You could gain more,or less,depends on a lot of stuff.But in general,1" should be there.

Yes.I have experimented this on my skin.Masturbating too much will kill your gains.As i said everyone is different,maybe you could mastrubate 10 times a day and still gain,but for me,when i was gaining,i was mastrubating twice a day,rarely once.That killed my gains a lot.I went months without any gains.

Mastubration is fun and awesome but you need moderation.More than once a day is bad if you ask me.

Hey man! Awesome explanation! First of all thank you for your spent time to explain all this to me! I really appreciate it! And yes, I will follow everything that you posted in here, and will have in mind that it is a long term "sport", sometimes I just get too anxious and start to crave for fast results... I will use with moderation the cock ring and the masturbation as well. By the way, I have a vacuum pump with me, should I start to put it with the newbie routine? If yes, when is the best time for that?

The Newbie Routine is the perfect place to start. I would also advise you to study the SRT thread to get a greater understanding of the particulars about gaining and healing in Penis Enlargement. It will also help you with tools and how to use them best.
 
PE is a lifetime activity,takes time, effort ,discipline, knowledge,wisdom,PE is not a race is a marathon..:)

Great! I will definitely check it out and study it... I will probably have some questions though, if it's not a problem, I would like to ask it to you all. Btw sorry if I'm asking a lot! Hahaha

Many newbies slowly fade into doing it only when they feel like it and don't discipline themselves to a critical point in which they're really dedicated to increasing their size. Take the time to put as much effort as you can and you'll get perhaps addicted :)
 
Masturbation I'm avoiding until after my girth workout. I want 100% EQ power

From the very start discipline needs to be strong and dedication must be in place. Penis Enlargement is something that takes a consistent, regular practice to make gains happen. PE is not quick, it is not magical, it is not easy, it takes a certain kind of man who has the ability to believe and work to make it happen.
 
I'm proud to say to the brotherhood that I have been doing PE and already mentalizing my gains, I'm feeling great and I can't wait to see the results in the near future! Thank you guys!!
