Hey.

I'm fairly new to the whole Penis Enlargement game. Only been doing it for about a week and I got a couple of questions.

I bought the Bathmate and have been using it since day one in 10-20min sessions 2 times a day along with DLD Girth Blasters. The thing is that my penis hurts now when I pump up the pressure. Mostly the head. Should I take a 1-2 day break from the Bathmate and only do the regular Phase 1 exercises?

The other question is about the size of the penis head. I'm not getting any blood in it when I go erect. I need to kegel, force it or use a cockring. It's been like that for me forever. Is it normal? The head is rather small compared to the shaft actually without forcing blood into it.

This is normal fatigue. As long as the pain is not numb or sharp chalk it up to fatigue. If it is too sore to exercise today you may need to set up a schedule that includes days off. Here is a good guide to that:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

General Penis Enlargement, jelqs and Kegels will help train your penis to hold more blood which will directly benefit your glans.

No, there is no numbness or sharp pain, just sore I guess and that's a good sign I suppose? Means I've given it a good workout.

One more thing. After I started with the Penis Enlargement exercises I've got a tingling sensations down there. Like a internal vibrator. Not sure how to explain it. It feels kinda good actually. Something I should be worried about?

Nope, all normal and exciting:) Like I said expect these twinges and twangs.:)
 
Update on my progress/situation:

I've been at it for almost two weeks now and something is happening at the top of my penis at the base.There is a small "bump" under the skin. Can't be seen visually, but I can feel it by touch. It's very minor though. Also, there is these two (tendons I think is the english word for it?) on both sides at the top, coming from the base stretching outwards. They feel like the ones on your wrist, just smaller. The bump is revealing itself only when I'm errect. The tendons I can feel in flaccid state aswell.

Another issue is this warm/burning sensation in the area between my penis and nr 2. When I stand and get an erection I feel this heat throughout the penis. It doesn't hurt, it just feels warm. I've also gotten sick with fever and chills after starting Penis Enlargement, but no idea if they're related.

On a positive note however, my flaccid penis hangs heavier and fuller and I think the blood circulation is better. I've not had any real gains in erect state, but I don't expect to after just 2 weeks.

I may have been overdoing it though. I'm doing mostly girth work. Jelqing and using the Bathmate. my routine consists of 10min warmup in the shower, 3x10min Bathmate and 2x 300 jelqs and warmdown for another 10min in the shower. I've been doing this 2 times a day. Morning and night.

If there is no pain I would make the assumption that this is simply a recently engorged vein because of expansion. If there was pain present I would suggest it to be thromboses.
 
Okay. Maybe it's just veins then. Is it possible to get blood cloths in your penis by girth workout? If so, that's some scary shit.
What about the burning/heat sensation? It's always there. More so when I sit or lie down.

Anyway, my girth workout is starting to show. I can barely do a successful ok-grip around the base when I get erect during jelqing. I think I might have to buy the larger size Bathmate.

Do you think 1200 jelqs a day over 2 sessions is to much?

I've decided to discontinue doing Penis Enlargement for a while until these "string-like" veins goes away. I got like 3-4 of them and they hurt when I stretch the skin. It's a shame really. After only 2 weeks I could see results. I may have started to hard.

Maybe your right, too hard too fast. It sounds like this could be a case of thromboses. Here is a THREAD that can aid in healing.
