The density of H2O allows for the applied pressure to impart more forces, more evenly vs. air
Air is more convenient and can be employed while sitting/standing/reading/etc. w/out fear of leakage/spillage
Those are a couple of differences to think about
I’m a mity vac pumper- switched fromThank you for this. I am switching to mity, and I was wondering why won't i do air exclusively.

Bathmate
The air is much more convenient. I’ve tried water pumping 1x in MV and usually just do air for simplicity and I see lots of gains with that style so why quit it
Was theactual pressure value hard to get used to.
The best dry and wet pump on the market.Thank you for this. I am switching to mity, and I was wondering why won't i do air exclusively.
Do you use the pump without the comfort insert?I am very happy with the Bathmate extreme 9 and highly recommend it. Wear it while getting ready for work in the morning in the shower, shaving, ect. no issues, I don’t wear the strap and it stays on just fine.
Wonderful. I both hate and love the Gator 🐊 (rubber creases on the inside). 😁Correct, I do not use the insert while pumping

Throw the comfort insert into the trashcan 🗑️Do you guys use it? I feel like I get a tighter suction without it.
Didn't see that post.to be honest I haven’t really pumped with it in. Haha. Did you see my post where I ordered a couple silicone sleeves and a cap? Curious to try to those out.
