Hell to the no! Too risky IMO.

Also, look at the second picture down the page......the 'after' pic is not the same unit as the 'before' pic! Look at the difference in skin colour of the balls, the body.......nah......not convinced. PE seems safer, can be done completely free of charge, sky's the limit for size, nobody cuts your fireman and you can stop or take a break from it anytime you like.

No contest, in my opinion - but it depends on your hurry. I reckon I've gained almost half an inch in length in my first month and like I said - sky's the limit.

It's an artificial material implanted under the skin of the penis. Too expensive, risk of infection, risk of rejection, penis never feels natural again....you always know there's something in it....so will your partner/s.

Wouldn't same thing apply if you would like pump/jelq/clamp your penis to cause slight fluid retention/edema as a size increase? ;)

No. With these methods, you may get some fluid retention if they are over done. That however, is temporary. As you make gains and get bigger, the new size becomes permanent. Making the penis bigger by placing an artificial substance under the skin of the penis is not the same.

It's just that i have read that gradual fluid retentions can eventually get permanent if you are unlucky, and if you get those your penis itself is more prone to infections. That is why i said what i did.
But i agree that placing an artificial substance under the skin is literally not the same, but it could still share some of the side-effects as PE can do.

Please share your sources. Where did you read this about fluid retention? I have never read such things. Not saying, it's not true....but you should say where you read it so the validity can be looked into. If it's just PE forum 'bro science' vs actual medial fact....

I'm never a fan of any physical artificial(implant) enhancement. this just simply increases the flaccid size.
I would think, once this procedure is done, natural PE activity is no longer an option...

Go register on phalloboards and read the progress reports written by people who received the elist implant. All were dissatisfied, many went suicidal... If you are determined to undergo surgical enlargement I would try a temporary filler like HA. Any ways I never did surgery and gained 2 inches girth doing bath mate. May the force be with you

I just googled it like i googled this site. Found it on something that appeared to be a medical site with information about edema.
Googling a little bit further gave me the knowledge that edema can come in various types. Do you know which type of edema is caused by pumping?
Tryed to google that one, but didn't find anything. If i could find out which "type" of edema is caused by pumping i guess it would be easier to establish if it is permanent or not.
I saw that lymphedema is permanent, maybe lymphedema isn't the type of edema caused by PE exercises.

I am only interested in increasing flaccid length. That's it for me.

But, no, I would never do implants.

I just need one more solid inch in flaccid length so I can hang like the biggest dude ever. LOL.

This. Who knows how sex will affect the thing inside you and if it can be moved or hurt internally.

Exactly and every procedure that is offered runs a massive MASSIVE risk of permanent impotence, infection to the point of losing parts of the penis, among other terrible outcomes. There is never a reason for any of that or the expense it comes with when you have the Brotherhood! I would love to see a doctor try to give me what I earned in PE!

I think you lose sensation with this method too.

I wouldn't think you lose sensation because of where the incision is done. It's basically a silicone sleeve inserted into the penis area. Making you go from a grower to a shower...

So it wouldn't mess with any nerves.

Skin Edema

Thank you.

Looked it up and it seems "Skin Edema" also can get permanent somehow if not treated.
I took "under-eye edema" as the subject, and this is "Skin edema" pretty sure i got it right as they
were referring to this state when i read up on "skin edema".

https://www.realself.com/question/edema-under-eye-skin-laxity

The permanent state will lead to skin laxity, and measuring girth with skin laxity would improve girth in small increments if you just hold the measuring tape around your penis,
that has nothing to do with the internal proportion of the penis. Which makes it sound that pumping gains are only temporary, and the only gains that stays permanent
are when the skin is permanently laxed by the edema, in very small increasments at a time.

Small growth over time then and then they remove it or is it just kept there

Yes, it could very well fuck with your nerves. I suggest you really research this and find the risks associated with this procedure and others like it. One member here had a procedure done only to see his penis rot away, no joke. Be careful and research your ass off before ever letting a knife come close to you.
