ok guys lets say i can get the same amount of time in erect streching 80-100% erect vs flacid streching what would produce gains quicker or should i go half and half ...........

btw those of you who have a lm "i dont" but i was wondering if you could clamp that thing on erect and if i were you would stretch like that and re clamp back on after you get a hardon again rinse and repat process wouldnt that be very effective? or does it take to long to re clamp?

If you have the time it would be smart to go for both erect and flaccid stretching sessions equally. Both produce gains but erect stretches help close the gap between erect length and flaccid stretched length. When stretching erect you will need to use much more intensity due to the erectile tissue so plan on some sore hands! The LengthMaster can be used while you are erect. Remaining erect is something that some will be able to do and other will not, you will not know until you try it. Either way erect or flaccid there is no comparison to how intense the stretch is, anyone looking to gain length in the quickest way should own a LengthMaster. As far as getting in and out of the LengthMaster it is very quick, two bolt points loosened and your out and clamping back in takes about a minute.
 
Just add 10 minutes of erect stretching and it should be beneficial. It'd be hard for me personally to do much more than that, since I lose my EQ really quick from doing them

yeah i do that after every streching routine 15 min usually 80-100% erection

yeah i love them my flacid strech is i would say .1 if not identical to my erect :D

This is why VIGRA can play a serious role in PE. I wish I could have it on hand all the time. Nothing like a VIGRA boner!
 
i just bought niacin and cayenne pepper extract i just need a skin/muscle rebuilder and im good my hang is great now no longer shrinkage im defintaely closing in on 7 flacid i feel tonights girth is gonna be insane to the membrane... i read on a thread another site that cayenne pepper makes sure all the nutrients get to your penis

Extenz is the same formula you would find in any PE pill, the difference is they had the money to market it on a much bigger scale. Penis Enlargement Pills are only a benefit to those who train alongside them, there is no magic pill that will cause growth, it is all about supplementation.
 
They don't cause shit for actual growth, just a super flow of blood. I already know they all do that lol

I agree. One thing about erect stretches for me, it makes me feel like ejaculating. I've not done erect stretches for about a month now. I need to start doing them.
