Hello all its been awhile since I've posted. You may know me as theman6 the guy who can't gain no matter what. Well good news I think I found what can make me grow. For 9 months I've been stretching flacidly with no results at all. However last week I tried erect stretching. I gained .1 of length. I stopped erect to see what happened and I lost that length. I'm starting to think that erect stretching works for me but flacid stretching does not. I also am figuring out how to gain big in girth again.
So does anyone have any erect stretching routines they can give me? Thanks
 
Have you tried the newbie stretchings?whit the rotary cranks,If you can buy a LM the LM will help you out a lot too.

erect stretchings can help you to turn your flaccid stretching erect lenght into bone pressing erect lenght.

Slow squash jelqs will help you out whit girth.BM can help out too a lot.
 
Erect stretches should be done a few times per week.
Better yet bundled or both if you can.
Try getting them in everyday and see what happens :)!

Like shortdick said they are great to convert bp flacced to bp erect gains.
Maybe that was the missing link for you

My Brother, how could I forget you? My first bit of advice is to eliminate statements like "You may know me as theman6 the guy who can't gain no matter what" This will reinforce, subconsciously that you can't gain and in turn the gains will not come. The mind is extremely fertile and even the smallest seed of doubt can spring up a massive forest. It is important to plant seeds of positive thought, the same will blossom into a massive meadow of belief! Thought matter because thought become matter.

Next, as you were directed above is very good. I will reiterate the same; Bundled Stretches prior to ANY penis enlargement is very important as it primes the penis to take on more expansion or elongation. Bundled Stretches mainly effect the Tunica, the extremely dense tissue that needs to be addressed before a workout. Next, you should be doing erect stretching at least 3 times a week for 5 to 10 minutes. The more the better. These not only help with obtaining new length but also work to close the gap between FSBPL and BPEL.

All of this, plus much more, is all available for study in the SRT Routine. Every Brother should study and master SRT.
