Hi guys! I've been doing girth work (jelqing and clamping) and have noticed that the mid shaft girth is significantly bigger than the base and upper part. How can I counteract this? Thank you!

Make the switch from Clamping to BathMate pumping. BathMate will always deliver complete even results without all the risk of Clamping. When used in the SRT methodology girth work is quick and very expansive without all the issues associated with a air pumping or over pumping. Clamps can bring great size but the risks, imo, outweigh the benefits.
 
DLD I'm not sure if the BM will even out the girth because u have to consider that the larger girth area is also being pumped therefore it's increasing alongside the lesser girth areas.

I would have to recommend either length exercises like different stretches that will elongate the penis more and take away the attention of that larger girth area and distribute it more length wise AND/OR finding girth exercises that improve girth in certain areas of penis, so in your case u can find an exercise for example that increases BASE girth or perhaps also adding a JELQ to increase UPPER SHAFT and GLANS growth

Physics is a weird thing sometimes. Slightly more pressure is going to be put on the areas of the shaft that are skinnier inside of the Bathmate. Eventually overtime, the pressures on the penis are going to want to even it out without any skinny or large spots. If you think about it too much it could make your brain hurt a bit lol. I remember learning about something similar in school having to do with the Earth's surface called isostatic compensation. It's off topic but it means that the presence of a heavy mass on the Earth's surface like a mountain is going to have a less dense "mountain root" directly underneath the mountain to balance out the weight of the mass above the surface 🤯🤯🤯.

Anyway all I'm trying to say is that if you keep exerting even external pressure to the penis then it's eventually going to want to even out the skinny points. This takes a decent amount of time though...
 
Egghed is right maybe not in terminology but i cont correct that one, when force is placed on something in this example your tunica the force can be greater in smaller areas while less in larger areas even with no change in force its more about the surface area then it is about anything else. Here is one way to look at how force works if you lay on a bed of nails you can lay there comfortably without issue as you take away nails 1 by one that force increases as the surface area is reduced until you have more force then surface area causing the nails to puncture.
 
i also think isolated compression squeeze, compression squeeze, horse squeeze, and ssj will help in this department

i personally prefer doing the horse squeeze with ok-grip palm facing up instead of down like it is depicted in videos. so basically the same ok-grip u would use in jelq
 
I never understood uneven girth development. I never had to focus girth training. Squeezes, clamping, the small amount of jelquing I did years ago all gave me even girth development.

isolated compression squeeze, compression squeeze, horse squeeze, I've never done any of these before. Can you show me a video description of where it is done.
 
there is a video of horse squeezes on pegym main site just go to EXERCISES link. but i just started experimenting with them and i modified it a bit by changing the palm-down ok-grip to a palm-up ok-grip like u would do in a JELQ. it just gives me better control

the other squeezes are in the videos link of the members section. they are very similar to horse squeeze but a little different

No better jelq than the SlowSquashJelq. This is a closed ended jelq that will cause expansion so much faster than other methods that are open ended , like the jelq.

When doing my slow quash jelq, I don't grip behind the glands. I press against the glands of the penis while holding an ok grip at the base. I guess this still gives the same result.

You are correct, same result. It is pushing blood against blood.

When it comes to delivering an even girth penis, the mityvac is the device to go for. The bathmate will give you a baseball bat type of girth gains but the mityvac will even it all out.

I will choose the mityvac any time any day.
