Let me start off and say my penis is accustomed to taking a beating. I jelq at 95% erect, rarely ever get bloodspots anymore from girth work (including Bathmate). I tried supra slammers the other day and the next morning I had 3 BIG dark spots on the tip of my penis. Fortunately they disappeared within 3 days. I obviously went to hard or didn't do it properly (although it seems pretty straightforward and I even watched a video)... So my question is, what are some relatively SAFE exercises that I can do to increase the head of my penis.

When I jelq and hold under the head of my penis for say, 10 seconds, should I be doing this semi erect?

Bottom line is I do not want to be out of the game for even a day or two - no injuries!

Thanks guys!

Hanging with a blood jam there in the head makes even clamping seem soft beginner stuff

Bruising and red spots are not an injury, they will happen when any exercise is too intense and they will stop happening when the penis becomes used to it. Supra Slammers like any advanced exercise is intense and may cause some bruising or spotting.
