I only do exercises endorsed by the MOS brotherhood.

lol got to try new things once in awhile that you find on other sites. Open minded people are the ones who adapt

They're all the same. Doesn't matter where it comes from it matters you apply it.

True, I have found exercises from other forums that I really do like.

It's more for length.

Okay, then why the hell did they say it's for girth? I'm so confused.
Anyway, is it a good exercise? should I add it to my stretching routine?

Have you ever tried DLD blasters? It is pretty much the same thing except you do kegel holds and reverse kegel holds while doing it, brings the regular A-stretch exercise to a whole other level, I do 20 of them before my length routines while doing my shower warmup. Hope this helped!

Maybe that person thinks they received girth gains from it. Or perhaps they actually did but that stretch has been more recognized for length gains. It's a good exercise yes. It's called the A-Stretch and I do it for 10 minutes every routine.

DLD Blasters are a great length exercise as it employs 3 important factors in length gains. First the fatigue that is created, next the fulcrum flex point you are using and the actual Reverse Kegels. These 3 factors work in unison to cause the best possible way to bring gains. It is important to employ this method into all stretching manual or device as it will benefit you.

Wait a minute guys, I don't think they are the same. When I do A-Stretch I stretch the penis downward and when I do Flaccid Bend I stretch forward. Maybe there is a difference?

Well if its a bend then it has to be erect because thats how you get girth gains. Erect bends. I don't know why he suggests flaccid

Okay, I see.
Can you post here a link to a description with pictures or video for Erect Bend? I have never heard of this exercise before.

Yes DLD it is such a great exercise! I use it to pre exhaust my ligs so that they are worn out and have more give for when I hang SD, it truly does wonders!

So there is no flaccid exercise that really works for girth?

None that I know of, i know that jelqing and pumping can help with length gains though.

Well there's flaccid jelqing but it's more of a length exercise even then. When i use my bathmate I don't get erect, i just pump and it gets hard because of the pressure. Umm there's also the bundles stretches that work the tunica for pre girth fatigue
