Whatup peeps, so I started pe a couple of months ago & purchased a bib hanger which I've used religiously 7 days a week for 3 sets of 25mins hanging up too 15lb with no gains thus far which is a little dissapointing but anyway so I decided to change things up a bit to prevent me getting too bored & started doing 5mins pumping then 5mins clamping & repeat this 4 times but at the same time am just doing some manual stretching too & what I've found is my ligs are WAY more sore through manual stretching as opposed to hanging most of the discomfort from hanging is at the attachment point I've tried a ton of different wraps etc but I can just seem to get a far better stretch with my hands so my question is has anyone also found this to be the case & started making gains after dropping hanging? Surely sore ligs is a sign I'm stretching affectively? I feel very tender when I never really did from hanging, thanks fellas
 
There are 3 threads you could check in on in the upcoming weeks, boohoohoo, borninFigi and mine. Boohoohoo does hardcore hanging, I do manual stretching (albeit with the lengthmaster and SG supersets) and Figi does a combo of the 2, we are all due to measure shortly so i guess you could make a rough comparison out of our results?

In the meanwhile, if you are feeling fatigue from your manual work then that's a good sign, the stretching from multiple angles would be working areas that the hanging may not of, were you hanging straight down every session?
 
Hi thanks for the reply I'll definitely keep an eye out for those, yeah I was only hanging straight down since I read that's where your first gains will come from plus I have a fairly high exit point & high erection angle too I know some people disregard that theory but it seems logical to me but you may be right hopefully doing multiple angles will do something?
 
What was your previous PE experience before you began hanging? Previous PE can actually condition you and make your hanging experience take more time to yield results than a guy who has no previous PE experience. A couple months is nothing. Neither is 15lbs really. You're just starting to scratch the surface for real potential with hanging when you hit the double digit weight levels. What hanging style were you using? Have you read about Progressive Hanging? If not, read up on it via the Article I recently submitted in our Articles forum.

Sore ligs are an encouraging sign, but not a guarantee of gains on the way. LOL. This stuff isn't an exact science.
 
Wouldn't it be most effective to try bundled manual work, followed by hanging, followed by an extender as an SRT kind of deal?

Maybe the best approach is all of them mixed together at the right ratio.

SRT does give direction to multiple device usage in a total routine. Other tools can be added or replaced in the mix. For instance a Phallosan can take the place of a SizeGenetics. All stretching can be done using the LengthMaster replacing hands completely. Clamps can replace Rings. So many things can be substituted to make SRT more custom made.
 
i think a hanger is like a extender but a MUCH INTENSE extender.........there is more pressure and force used to stretch the tissue compared to an extender....
manual stretches focus on every direction but the hanger focus is one direction.....

i have been doing that....manal stretches for 30 mins and then 15 mins hanging.....then another session in evening......it has been working great for me

This is why I like bundled work before extending. Weakens the tunica so extending has a better shot at having an impact. Between that and frequent heat and 4 decent length sessions a day, I'm hoping I got me a monster routine for length gains.

4 sessions are TOO GREAT i guess......i think you will be long in no time....lol
i think i will add another next week :)

I seriously have a propensity to over do it anyway. You're probably better off, oddly enough.

The thing that is great about multiple sessions is the fact that the penis is in a constant state of elongation and expansion through the whole day (if planned right) In my early days I did two sessions a day, each about 2 hours long. In between sessions I kept a heating pad wrapped around my penis. I was constantly in a massive flaccid state and my gains were record breaking.

well DLD i have the ace wrap on throughout the day...but i have like 1 hour session of length PE in morning and evening....in middle i do rotary cranks and for 5 mins every 2-3 hours.....i am planning to add another long session.....should i???

If you have the time then of course you should, the more we stretch the longer we get and there is no real limit on stretching. When we talk about over training it is usually pertains to girth work.
 
then i have been gaining very fast....lol i guess if i increase durations then it will be better....

Well duration is smart in hanging because with duration comes fatigue and working with fatigue brings the fastest length gains on the principals of DLD Blasters.
 
Thanks everyone for your input I appreciate it, I couldn't get on the net for a few days but thought I should report back what I can hardly believe, during the entire 2 months hanging I gained zilch but over the last 2 weeks I've been doing manual stretching as often as possible pretty much everytime I went to the toilet or showered or whenever my dick was in my hand lol I did a quick 30sec straight down stretch I probably average doing this 10 times a day & I measured today & I've gained half a cm which I know is nothing to write home about but it's only been 2 weeks I'm excited to see what may happen in the coming months so I think I'm ditching hanging at least for now
 
Currently every thing that has been done in denmark is to ass lick The EU. So we need to be equalized. So The things that is better in dk is slowly disappearing.

Anyway went to The surgeon who suggested to put a local amnesia. (I think its called that) and then simply burn The frenulum away.

I politely told him no and Walked away.

Need to find another one now
 
A combination of stretching and hanging would be the ideal length routine as stretching manually can hit places hanging can't while hanging allows for long periods of stretch which manuals can not do.

The whole reason I went with Longth is because it wouldn't make sense for a guy with that handle to not have lots of length. Subliminally encouraging myself to get dauntingly large.

Also I like how it sounds.
