Hello,

I have never had a problem to create a routine with manual exercices. I was jest reading forum threads and always could create something. But recently i bought jes extender and have problem to create routine combining bathmate, clamping and extender. Can you guys help me? I'm using bathmate since May 2018. But I started PE in 2017 with breaks. I know that extender is something which i should wear most of a day. But don’t know if i should wear before pumping or after. To many tools which have their own routine and i'm lost.

Well, there are few views about extender and pump usage. If you can get a pump session in the morning and you fit well to the extender after a session, that's one way to go.
Then again if you can use extender for most of the day, you could do the pumping session by evening.

A lot of it has to do with your schedules, naturally. Getting some exercises fit into a day is better than doing nothing! Never underestimate the "small things" you can do, such as piss pulls, Kegels etc..

Depending how accustomed you are to extending at the moment and if it's possible for you to wear during the daytime, I'd consider using the extender for the day with a tension that feels good. (Remember, you can always add more intensity, dialing down is more difficult, in my humble opinion. ;) )

I've done clamping after a pump session, actually. That's one way to go. I wouldn't necessarily do clamping everyday though, every other day from my viewpoint could be a good amount.

I hope I made some sense. Let us know a bit about the hours you have available. I'm sure DLD and others will chime in as soon as possible as well, to give you more information.

I haven’t used extender yet. Now my routine is 20 minutes of pumping and 30 minutes of clamping 5 days a week. Sometimes its 2 days PE 1 day off sometimes its 5 days PE 2 days off. With extender i don’t know how to start. With basic routine for beginers i think it was 600mg pressure and 2 session for 1h or move to more pressure. I sometimes do basic streching for 10 minutes. 1 minute left, right, bottom, up, straight x2 with two hands force. I hope that it will be easy to wear extender when im at work. And then evening session with bathmate and clamping

My flacid strech is 7.8 NBP
 
Yeah its a minefield when you have many devices, getting them all into a routine.

After the bathmate session of 20 minutes its wise to hit the clamp to take advantage of the expansion, perform edging during this time if you dont specifically have an exercise in mind. Edging is keeping yourself aroused and erect the whole time, most will masturbate some to keep the erection high .. but you do not ejaculate, so keeping yourself controlled and near the point of no return [ejaculation] from time to time is good with this.

You could do SSJ while clamped but do gently first while you become accustomed with the intensity, as they are intense.

If you can, split the 30 mins into x2 15 min sets for the clamping with x2-5 mins between, and in that time do some gentle jelqing, shakes to keep the circulation good.

Using the extender, no problem. If your confident with it at work, fine, but you may be wise trying it around the home firstly, and especially work towards being able to use it at night while asleep.

Use LOW tension to start with for long periods, gradually building it up.

Think about the purchase of a siliring, silisleev, and silicap because they will help you with the comfort in extending, and the siliring can be used underneath the glans [head] while clamping to work the head.

Let me know this is good, or we can tweak it.
 
so doing bathmate for example 3x5min is more beneficial to girth than one 20 minutes session?
 
It sounds ridiculous doesn't it? :) but it works well because the fluid retention is reduced, which is often increased with longer sessions you see.

When your out the pump between those sets, you can do SSJ manual girth work for 5 mins and back in again.

Its also personal choice .... me personally, I'm old school, like my old ways and routine, so tbh I stick with 20 mins, but I have been doing it for donkeys years, its wise as a new man to this, you start using the more newer ways to train .. breaking it up, is wise, it reduces the fluid.

If you get a silicap, wear that it stops fluid in its tracks ... in the meantime wear a condom inside the bathmate to help shield it away, I started that years ago.
 
You could do 4x5 min sessions as you do 20 mins anyway.

Also try to train in the pump as erect as possible, highest erection quality aka EQ not only keeps fluid down, but brings about better results.
 
I always go with 100-90% erection. I tried SSJ. But the workout was to long. I think SSJ is good exercise but 5x5x3 routine for me was taking to long time. Thats why i move to clamping. In clamping its easier to mantaing high EQ than in SSJ.

The clamping is so dangerous and it causes so many problems like thrombosis and discoloration, in my opinion it’s far too dangerous. If the 5×5×3 is taking too long you can trim it down to 5×5x2. You can trim it down even more if necessary but I’m telling you there is nothing more powerful than that worked out and you’re not to be risking thrombosis and discoloration. If you still choose to clamp please learn as much as you can about it so you can try to avoid these injuries.
 
I have a question about jes/SizeGenetic extender. How far should I stretch. Should I start from the beginning a little above my nbel or with just a gently strech fro example 1 inch above my nbfl?

Hi,

I would suggest you try the lightest tension to begin with, and go from a little above the NBPFL which is the non-bone pressed flaccid length, I assume this is what your referring to? please correct me if wrong.

Extenders work, they are proven with several studies, but the trick is, gradually building up the force. I worn a few over the years on and off for personal reasons when I couldn't do PE, but it had to be done with a gentle force, ease into that after a week, and go up slightly more.

The jes or size genetic extender will have instructions that give precise measurements of force, and how to gradually apply those in the workout, but it can be grey, instructions dont always make any sense.

What's the best comfort strap? i use the noose way, but it starts to get sore just under my glans within a hour, is this because im not used to it yet?
 
I just couldn't get comfortable with any personally, need to wrap it up big time for me

The best connection would be the VLC, it attaches to most extenders and will give you a comfortable stretch with no pinching or pain. It also can be used as a light ADS. It’s also awesome because you can put it on and take it off within seconds because there is no wrapping. It’s a cheap but very powerful addition to anybody’s extender set up. If the VLC is to cost less I suggest trying the Velcro strap modification.

I can see you are still with us. Do you mind telling us how much gains you have made in girth? You said you were pumping since May 2018.
