i was peing one month on one month of always seeing an increase of 0.3 inches after one month on
after june i had gained only 0.5 cm and now i havent gained nothing
i will explain what i did what i did before and what i did now so maybe you can help me gain again

when i was gaining:
wore size genetics during school
came home and did warm up followed by manual newbie routine then warm down
then put on the sg for 1 and a half hour
and then 2 or three hanging sets

now:
i had holydays so no school sg wearing
i didnt really have strict schedule but i did the manual newbie routine and wore the sg a lot
BUT i tried something different
i tried to start hanging weights from 3 kg again and went up to 6 but the month before my max was about 9 to 10 kg

so now you know what i did different i hope you can help me

Well, lets say you experimented and found some things that worked initially. Changed to try some other things which maybe didn't work so good? So adjust back to other things again, maybe back yo what you did before some.

There's a theory been discussed about the body might have a fear/protective response to high tension is to over compensate where low tension doesn't get that response.

You also may have enjoyed newbie gains at first and now comes the harder work to gain as many Mos men report.

Read the link in my sig about blasters, kegels and reverse kegels. If your body reacts protectively to the high hanging g weight, it could be you're flexing the PC muscles. Its normal when we lift a heavy box or something for a spontaneous
kegel To flex the PC muscles. Some guys report this when they hang. So your muscles engage and take some of the load... meaning you're not pulling the logs and tunica so much as you could be? Because of the fear response instinctively flexing your PC's to protect your penis from harm.

So study Dlds blasters/kegels/RKs thread I linked below for how to take control of your PC muscles. The RKs really make a difference in my stretchy when I do them after exhausting my PC's.

Another way to help that is to masterbate to orgasm just before your major length work.

You can add on, healing extended with UJS, uncle Jim's stretch. Use an ace bandage, pull out your flaccid penis,and wrap just tight enough to hold your flaccid at length. Healing after your length routine can help cement today's gains today.

You might like to try the Bikers lock hang Ads for a low tension low weight hang all day? I like it.

And finally, before the hours of Ads I'd start with a 1/2 hour of basic stretches. Get everything pulled out long and loose, then run up the score with the Ads... finish with UJS to sleep in...

Adds up to pe 24/7 with each form of pe leading into another, going from strength to strength.

Dlds routine for this is SRT.

thanks man now that school starts again i will return to my actual schedule and take reverse kegels into consideration also ujw when im not Penis Enlargementing
im planning to gain one inch by the end of 2013
im actually a fast gainer because this year, which was my first year, i gained almost 2 inches with 4 months of plateau
so i hope i get out of it with my new knowledge :)

I fully support Love's words.

My 2 cents would be (adding to what Love said) for you keep in mind that newbie gains are newbie gains and in the start everyone has good gains which start coming more and more slowly with time. This might be the reason as well. The exercises my friend told you about are quality. Take a look is a must. :)

Thanks Dld. It should be, since I've totally adopted SRT as my Penis Enlargement bible... I'd safely say I'm one of your several SRT disciples on Mos. Or, to riff off your "daddy" name, maybe Im an adopted son? LOL. I don't always get it right, nut I try and I'm willing to be corrected and fix my advice when I see the issues.

btw is it better to have low tension at the sg to heal after a hanging session or at a high tension
because i have a better flaccid hang when i get in the sg at a low tension

After active stretching, where there is intensity used to break down and create gains, passive stretching is best done with medium tension as passive stretching is a healing method used to heal in an extended position.

Leave the SG and leave hanging. Buy yourself a length master. 40 minutes is enough time to make all the length gains you need.
