For all of you experts out there, what are the most simple manual exercises (I'm really looking for exercises that require no more than my hands and, maybe, some lube) to increase one's flaccid size and get that heavy hanging floppy?
Time isn't an issue, I am more than willing to put in the work and wait for the results to come.
I'm really just looking for ways to increase my flaccid hang and my ball size and hang.
One of the goals woulf be to fill up my speedo's when I go swimming. LMAO
I'll add some pictures as examples (the goal would be a bulge like the guy on the right, in the group picture).

Simply put a piece of sleeve at the base while doing jelqs and leave the sleeve on when done. You will feel that heavy hanging feeling with that baseball bat look. No lie.

Does that creat sort of a clamping effect, is that it?
I always do my jelqing before I hit the shower. In fact, I use the shower for the warm-down stage. Wouldn't that "ruin" the sleeve?

Sleeves (especially the flaccid jackits) can handle water (without) deteriorating for months. Plus you get 4 jackits which could be cut in half to give you 8 pcs of strong sleeves.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about. I live in Portugal, so I'm not sure we have the same things here. Can you please post a link to what those sleeves look like? Thanks. :)

I think a lot of flaccid size is mental. If you periodically make sure you are relaxing your cock and in a good mindset your flaccid will be bigger. Temperature and stress effect it a lot. And some guys are just growers not showers.

I am definitely a grower, but I guess I'd like to somewhat change that. Not totally, but a bit. LMAO
 
A few things that help me are the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch in the Newbie Routine helps me hang very low and heavy. Using a cock ring after girth will help you keep your hang very heavy. Uncle Jim's Wrap will help you hang longer and also help in training the penis to remain this way. Supplements help too, like TITAN, they help keep the penis much longer in flaccid state and much heavier. Also, doing short girth sessions throughout the day will help with penis memory and remaining long and expanded.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful or whining or bitching, but most of those options involve more than just my hands and lube, right, DLD?
Could some more clamping sessions help?
I've sometimes done, at night, a bit of edging followed by 30-60 seconds of clamping with my hand grabbing as tight as possible at the base. However, it really scares me if I start to see red dots on my shaft and glans. What would be a safe newbie clamping session (considering clamping would help me in my goals)?

Sleeves can take up a portion of your penis which can compress base while jelqin and stretching. This can help with a baseball bat dangle. To see sleeves goto the Flaccid Jackit, daily flaccid elongation, permanent enlargement, elongate, penis growth silicone
 
Jelqs yes, the bathmate has made a change in mine already, clamping, horse squeezes, all of that will train your penis to keep more blood in it than normal.

I do not clamp so I can't really advise on this. I avoid clamping because of the skin issues it can cause. I would stick to edging using your hands as the main source of clamping.

I agree. I've just realized that my flaccid hang improvement that I noticed is as a result of pumping with the mityvac.
 
I used to turtle a good bit. Between tadalifil, ssj's and extending I now hang flaccid at a pretty full 5". I notice the wife stares more when I'm getting in and out of the shower.

If you dont have much fat pad, you will look more impressive.

To make your penis hang lower, stretch that ball-sack down.
