Hello! I dident wanna start a new thred.
My bathmate extreme broke. The topp thing broke lose and I wanna get a new part but I dont know the name of the part. What to do?
 
Take a picture of the unit and submit that to the helpdesk. Have your warranty numbers (serials etc.,) available!

Have you contacted them on the forum? That is why we have 2 reps here, to handle issues. If they are not available you can always work through MOS support. Either way we are always there to help immediately. Going through the email portal things get lost and returns are slow. Use the benefits we have here. The reps here are:

From what I recall about Agust there was a sale in the business (the market in hydropumps has changed a lot) and Agust is likely in another company by now.
This is my viewpoint and my history knowledge, maybe someone has more detailed information.
(One can correct me if I'm wrong but I think Agust moved to the Penomet company side a longer time ago or anyway a company dealing with Penomet and such. This was years ago.)

I was able to get help a longer while ago and surely the system should work now as well. Currently I'm healing from yet another wound and I have to lay the hydropump equipment down for a moment.

I'm somewhat prone to ingrown hairs and such, so something in that sense happened. I have some cream from the pharmacy which helps. On other note, I'm also in line for a small surgery due to, most likely, some lipoma or cyst near my tools.
This has been an on-going thing and finally I'm getting some help related to it, had an MRI actually. All should be well and likely I can go strong to the PE game next month or so!

I wish you the best in the surgery and I hope all goes as hoped for. Ingrown hairs were always and issue for me. I worked through it once and ended up with a terrible scar which is still present today.

For those with ingrown hairs: In ingrown hairs should never be squeezed, prodded or poked at, this is a sure way to scar your penis. Always use hot compresses daily util the hair surfaces. Once you can se the hair, usually a small brown-black spot you can use a tweezer and gently pull the hair out. This should not be do anything until the hair surfaces on its own.

Thanks DLD, I appreciate it! Have to wait for now, surgery is in the end of the month. I also have some scars as well, but whatever, I'm not entering any beauty contests! ;)
The hot compresses are a great thing but I have ran out of patience too often, I must try to contain myself! Or really hoping these issues don't come more often. I think I should exfoliate my skin a bit more often and really be wary of certain lubricants or products used for jelqing etc..

P.S; Moonshinekiller, try again on a different browser. And definitely on a computer, if possible. I recall uploading from mobile phones hasn't worked so great, but I could be wrong.

lol, beauty contest! Scars are like ribs, they will give her more pleasure! I will keep you in my prayers with the surgery, all will work out perfectly! For me ingrown hairs would happen due to a couple reasons, not cleaning all of the vaseline off my penis after a session and shaving. After I shaved long enough they stopped happening. And as soon as I opted for dry work over wet I never got them again ether.

My Hydromax X40 arrived yesterday. Am looking forward to a trial run this evening. I do have a couple of questions though. Instructions say to insert "flaccid" penis into the cylinder. Having used pumps in the past, that doesn't seem quite right to me, unless impotence is an issue and the device is being used for that purpose. So, any problem having at least a partial erection prior to insertion? My plan of action is to do maybe 10 minutes of jelq, squeezes etc, then use the pump for a few or maybe 5 minutes, then a few more minutes of manual work, and back into the pump for a total of 3 reps. Also, as in the quote, I ordered the unit through this site, so perhaps I could get the free membership as well? My order number is 164952. PS The 5-year warranty is a nice bonus. Oh, and my LM should be here early next week. Let the battle begin LOL!
