Sup guys,

So ive started using my SG with the VLC again and at the moment I am only using it at night when I go to bed.
Im not sure what time I take it off through the night, but Im sure im getting a good two hours stretch in.
Im using the extra two large bars (Leaving me with only the two small bars) and I have it cranked right up to the 2nd line. I also have the bars wound out a bit.
So Im getting a real good stretch, I just dont know if I'm using it enough.
Im a carpet layer at the moment so I can't wear it to work as it will slip of during the day. I might be able to wear it at my new job (Fingers crossed I get it, I've been through 3 interviews already and have at least another 2).

I also find that I tend to get a hardon when wearing the SG. Like I will just randomly bone up and stay boned up for a goo while, Is this normal?
Makes my cock feel real fat which is nice.

I'm not wrapping as well, I can't really find the ACE bandage in Australia.
We have heavy crepe bandage which is the beige wrap you would use if you sprained your ankle or something, is that the same thing?
 
Hey! You are putting it on before sleep and you wake up 2 hours after you fall asleep to take it off? I advise you not to do this, if you fail to wake up you might sleep through the whole night with the SG on. If you insist wearing it- just make sure you wake up on time.

2 hours of use is definitely NOT enough. It really depends on what you are expecting to gain, but no significant results will be present if you wear it for less than 5-6 hours a day. As you can see in the thread- low intensity/low duration will take you nowhere. You must 1st have a high intensity stress (such as hanging or LM stretching) followed by long duration low/high intensity regeneration in elongated state to see some good results. The way it goes for length is- the more, the better. Check the thread, I believe it is good.

Zam already covered most everything, but I will just throw in my 2 cents.

1. No, two hours is not enough use of the SizeGenetics to see results unless you are using the SG passively to keep the penis from turtling. If you only use the SG and do absolutely no other PE, it is highly unlikely you will see any results from it. Many men that use the SG consistently for 4+ hours a day only see gains of a half inch or one cm in the span of 6 months, so compare that to your use.

2. I would highly recommend not doing any form of PE while asleep. As Zam pointed out, you could end up sleeping through the night and wake up with a non-functioning dick.

3. I would sometimes get erections when I used to use my SG, this is normal. The best thing to do is masturbate ahead of SG use and try your best to keep from getting hard.

4. I think the heavy crepe bandage you refer to is the ACE bandage we are talking about. Basically Ace is beige and as you roll it onto yourself it sticks to you.
 
Hmm thanks for the advise guys. I'll try and wear the SG as soon as I get home from work. I can't wear it at work because it would just get in the way lol. I'm on my knees pretty much all day so yeah.
Today I decided that I will wear the VLC and the black strap it came with as a belt and hook it on I've had it on for a good 6 hours now.
I'm only stretching it as far as an erect state so there isn't too much pull. Just got to get use to the elestic band around my waist and to find a way to stop it creaping up above my boxer brief line lol.
looks a bit odd to customers lol.
I've taken it off every couple of hours. I'm not getting any purple head or numb tingling so that's good.
I wear a stealth sleave over it to keep the clear cone on. Creates a nice vpl :p
When I've taken the VLC off to relaxe my dick a bit, it's hung at a nice 5 inches.

If you want to make gains you need to include something else in your routine, either manuals or hanging. Try doing what you are doing for another month or month and a half and then measure. If you see no gains then it is time to switch things up.

Also, gaining a couple of inches counts as a monstrous gain just to be clear. Most guys on here never even gain two inches, and those that do only do so with a TON of effort over years.

I am not trying to discourage you, just trying to help clarify some things so you don't get disappointed and quit if things don't work out for you very early on.

IMO if you only want to spend two hours a day doing something, which is exactly how much time I spend, then consider hanging. With hanging you are working with much more force, so two hours a day is way more than enough.

Would you suggest something along the lines of
4 - 6hrs - SG High intensity ~ Low Duration
18 - 20 hours - VLC and strap to pull my penis but not as hard as it would be pulled with the sg, Low intensity ~ long duration



I think I will wait until after my circumcision to wrap. When I was wrapping it before I had major problems because of my foreskin.
From what I've read any way when the doctor is wrapping my cock after the operation, he will pull on it and wrap it basically the same as Uncle Jims Wrap :D

The only reason I've only been using the SG is because I still live at home with my parents. So really the only time I have alone is when I go to bed at night.

I also live with my parents, but I still manage to get my hanging in. The hanger itself is easy enough to hide, and you can always say the weights are for some weight training.

I know this isn't the right area. But what do you use to hang?
 
I use a Bib Starter. It is a good hanger and will last you for at least a year or two in which time you can easily gain a couple of inches at least.

I'll purchase the hanger tomorrow when I get paid. From what I've seen it kinda looks like some medieval torture devise :p

Oh I so noticed last night when I was swapping from the VLC to the SG that I was able to pull on my dick and it stretched much farther than I could in the SG. The problem with the SG is that when I use a extremely high setting it puts massive strain on my forskin and causes a bit of pain. So hopefully I'll be able to achieve more with the BIBstarter.

Shit, I hope you read this before you purchase the Bib. I didn't know you had foreskin, so that might be an issue. Contact Bib before you make the purchase and ask him if his product can be used on a guy with foreskin.

I personally do not have foreskin, so this was never a problem, but many guys with foreskin have report issues with traditional hangers. You should look into the different options for a vac hanger instead. They do not allow you to hang nearly as much weight, but the foreskin issue won't come into play.

The next purchase I will make personally is the LengthMaster. I don't have experience with it, but I can tell it is a really powerful device.

Thanks DLD. I was looking at that when I started getting back in to PE.
Maybe I will forego the medieval torture chamber (Bib) and go for the LengthMaster.

How fast do you think it will take to come to Australia?

I've noticed that today my frenum is really killing me. Hurt alot throughout the day with the VLC on, I had to take it off for a bit, can't wait for that circumcision!

I guess I should really start progress thread, that way I can keep track in the proper area.
