Here is my virtual everyday and most days twice per day routine...I'm just wondering if it's too much(not in time but too much as in am I risking I jury by overdoing it)

-Warm up...(shower, warm towel, hot tub, etc) for 6 min with light stretching all angles.
(All stretching done below with a lengthmaster or lengthmaster chamber alone)
-Bundles...3 minutes twisting counter clockwise and clockwise. Finally achieved 2.5x rotation and pushing for more.
-newbie routine while bundled counter clockwise then newbie routine while bundled clockwise.
- then I do __________ stretches for 5-6 min.
-Now depending on how much time I have I will hang with weights bundled or straight hanging (20-25 lbs is all I can take so far) for 15-20 min.
During the day after stretching I'll finish with uncle Jim's wrap and at night either uncle Jim's or the phallosan on light to medium tension.

This routine can take some time but I work at home so have enough to time and it can cause a lot of good soreness...I'm just wondering if I'm doing too much or not enough...Any replies are appreciated.

Keep up the good work!! 👌💪 To me personally.....25#, is a little heavy......most seem to have better luck, with less weight, for longer sets.....you what to increase weight slowly......do your dick doesn't start depending on all that weight to stretch.....you want a long dick.....not a short, super strong one, that can hold tons, without stretching, or pulling off......lol. I think that would be my only concern.....lighter weight, longer sets, and increase gradually.........a little weight, in time, will pull out that hidden length, but I guess I feel like, excessive weight, will be more likely to toughen ole boy up, and make him want to hold it........some may disagree....and I may be wrong.........but other than that, I say, you go!!
 
too much or not enough hmmm lol the eternal question. i would scale back the hanging weight and go for more time if possible

Too much? Never! :) Too much was the reason for my success :)

I see that this is exclusively for length. In this case rest is really not so important as girth would be. I have always said that the one limit to stretching time is how sore you get. I put in probably twice the amount of work and faired quite well.

I recall reading your initial journey with PE and the daily regiment you kept. You were training throughout the day, 2-4 times a day, for weeks on end. As if your Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD) took over and repeatedly you would perform the PE routines without fail - Obsess for Success
 
Threak, that's only part of it. I recall tales of DLD stuck in his bathroom because he lubed up with Vaseline and could not get out because his hands were too slick to turn the door knob. ;)

Hey, I know the feeling......I've got a good case of ADD, and with the meds I take...Aderall.....I get, really focused, to say the least.....lol, usually means I'm making trip, after trip, to the bathroom, even just for a squeeze, or pull, or two!! Lol. I'm an all-dayer! Lol.

ocd can be a mother fucker, fortunately it does give you some sick dedication lol

Yes, I was very obsessed and it was because of this obsession I gained so quickly. How to get OCD? Not too sure, I got mine for cheap at birth :)

i dont think i have that OCD shit but im into overthinking...what i have noticed is that im getting concerned about my size and my mind wants me to spend hours stretching...
 
Some of the best gainers have stated they have OCD. If one is capable of separating their abilities from anxiety and can apply the methodology with objectivity, some very interesting effects may occur.

Overthinking can become compulsive also :)
 
The soreness is the main reason it's taken me a very long time to get to this amount of work...but now I know the difference between good soreness and bad pain...sometimes I just can't help but to push too hard. Hopefully I can put in twice this amount of time in the future.
