1. Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds

3. Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
4. Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
5. Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
6. Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
7. Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-30 Cranks
8. Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
9. Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
10. Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
11. Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-30 Cranks
12. Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
13. Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
14. Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
15. Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-30 Cranks
16. Wrap with UJW
TIME: This should take you less than 10 mins to complete
The first item is 0. because it will be your bundled warm up.
