i began PE today after taking a months break because of a lump that used to be formed during penis exercises...
today for 10 minutes i observed it wasnt there but it came back and in same size like it was previously. i realized there is a small part on the vein that swells up first looking like a blockage but squishy and no pain.....then the area ahead and behind the vein becomes puffy.....

during my break for month i did try hirudoid cream only but very irregularly only for a week as i was busy ......but i had expected the lump to vanish in a months time without doing anything but it came back in the same manner....

what should i do ??? should i continue applying cream and start redzulu's hot and cold therapy with it ?? and have aspiring also which i didnt take inspite of buying ??? because i thought a months break without doing anything would be enough....

these are previous pics but this time it was a bit more puffy ahead and back of vein like there was fluid also

should i buy devices cuz i think manual exercises bring the lump up....???

Yea, that looks a little odd. I get some similar puffing if I grip wrong but I kinda doubt it's the same thing. Mine subsides after minutes.

If it were me I would just watch it. If it's getting bigger or I start getting pain I'd have to rework my routine. Maybe just try a different grip or a different exercise altogether. Only thing I can say is I did have a swollen lymph vessel and I worked straight through it. Also thrombosed a vein and got freaked out early on. Took an extra day off but it really started getting better once I got back into it with a milder routine. Couldn't have been too severe since I was still getting erect.

What exercise are you doing when you notice this?

Edit: Pretty sure I actually burst a capillary. Couldn't have been thrombosis. Way too mild of an experience. Definitely lucked out.

well my lump only comes when i exercises and then it goes away after a few minutes also....i was doing normal stretching every direction and it came back ....

Sounds like you need to find a better way to grip. Are you doing a full fisted grip?

i never had any problems with grips.....i used to traction wrap very tightly previously 2 months back and there usedto be lots of fluid retention there and this lump started forming.....but i stopped this and took my break ....but the lump doesnt go and always comes back when i do PE ever since.....
no i am doing the ok grip with right hand and reverse ok grip with left hand.....

I'm going to go ahead and say if there's no pain you should work through it. Consider jelqs because they may very well break that up. Also consider Advil. Seemed to help when my lymph vessel was swollen.

The normal way to deal with that is take those pictures to a urologist and see what they say. Bare in mind though that if you are open about pe they're probably going to say to quit. That's just the way that world of medicine is. But they could give you something to help break it up.

Are you jelqing? This looks like a classic example of a jelqing induced thrombosed vein.
If so, take time off from the jelqing, do lots of massaging and if you don't have an allergy to aspirin, take 80mg ("baby aspirin") daily until it clears up. I've never liked jelqing, always gave me stuff like this.

I had good results using Eroset's Vein Oil on a thrombosed vein. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/boo-boo-s-and-band-aids-safety-in-penis-enlargement/48563-erosets-vein-oil-for-thrombosis-and-more.html?highlight=eroset%27s
I'm pretty sure I had an already thrombosed vein when I started PE. One day doing some pretty intense manual stretching I had a felt a huge pop and then a lot of pain. It wasn't healing on it's own very fast, after just a week of using the Eroset Vein Oil there was noticeable improvement. The bulge in my vein is now smaller than before I started PE, and I know that is from the EVO.
I think the EVO and Hirudoid might work together well, because the Hirudoid breaks up the clot and EVO increases circulation, (and I believe strengthens the vein internally). I'm thinking about getting some Hirudoid and trying the combination.

Yup, that is certified thrombosis. Stillwantmore gives you great advice on the healing process. As for how they appear, culprits are clamping, jelqing, cock ring that is too tight or any other restrictive exercise. As you heal you can continue with flaccid stretching. When you return, substitute the jelq with the SlowSquashJelq, this will give you much better expansion and growth and limit thrombosis. If you are using a cock ring make sure it is a latex or rubber ring that gives some flex. Avoid clamping, with the SSJ there really is no need for clamping.

If it's happening while your stretching then perhaps try some form of wrap to pad where you're gripping with your ok grip to soften the stress if you are doing it skin to skin, if you have the funds, possibly invest in a lengthmaster, the added surface area of the bundle chamber might help distribute the force also, just my thoughts.

well i did continue for a month like this without feeling any pain, the lump would go away at night and come back when i did PE....but after one month started feeling pain so i took a break for a month ...yesterday was my first day but it came back

i did go to a urologists previously and show the pics...he said to do a penile doppler test in which they put a chemical injection in penis and then see the flow of blood in the veins....but i DONT want this at all....and yes they stop you from doing PE and i completely ignored and disagreed with that advice

i applied hirudoid cream for a week but irregularly and i thought in a months time it would heal itself but it didnt

well i would love to buy those essential oils but it will take me time finding and organizing them and thay are a bit costly also.....
BUT i have herbal pills and oil that increase blood flow to the penis and helps in cell division ....here are the pics....

usually trombosis does not come and go it usually is present all the time. Is there pain present in the vein? is the area hard and feels like a wire under your skin? Or does it feel more puffy, soft, and swollen?

well it gets very puffy but it is squishy and no pain....i feel it starts with one point in the vein ( black circle ) and then it makes the entire vein puffy (blue circle ).......

Yea man. If that's thrombosis, which seems like the verdict from people far more experienced than me, the only answer is going to the doctor and get something for it. Or using a recommended remedy.

It's tough luck but at least now you know to avoid wrapping like the plague.

If it is soft and squishy it is most likely not Thrombosis, more of a new vein surfacing that is getting more blood flow than others. Thrombosis manifests itself as a hard, wirelike vein and pain is very present.
