Hey all, I'm new here and looking to start up PE training religiously. I'm a 23 old, about 4.5 inches erect length and girth, also uncut. I own a Bathmate, x4 labs extender and the phalloson vacuum extender (definitely spelled that wrong). Based on the info I picked up from this forum my current routine is something as follows:

Manual stretches (Down in all directions, straight out in all directions and upwards in all directions)
Vacuum extender for about 4 hours
Around 200 Jelqs and 15-20 minutes in the Bathmate
Kegels whenever I can remember them

My goal is to put on 2 inches in length, I don't know whats the average penis girth but I want gains here as well. Given all this, is there a particular order in which the sets should be performed? Are there methods to make PE work easier if uncut? (I got a vacuum extender because it was marketed as being easier to use with foreskin).
Which kegel variations should be performed for general health/sexual stamina? And lastly, and I understand if I get a couple of biased answers here, but how does the MOS vacuum extender compare to the Phalloson? Can I use a LengthMaster if uncut? Would I have a use for it from the start?

your exercise order is how it should be, length then girth. all kegel variations are vital for health and stamina and also important for better/more rewarding stretching. when you're uncut you should retract the foreskin and stretch the penis itself not the skin. Lengthaster can be used also by retracting the foreskin,that way any tension is applied to the penile tissue and ligaments not the skin,its a very good tool and it applies so much tension on the penis and you can do a lot of exercises with it as well as hanging.
 
Routine looks good my friend, following newbie guide and SRT will do you good. Average girth is apparently around 4.7" but will differ wherever you look

hanging is a whole different beast, personally,I hang whenever I have the privacy which is around 3 times per week in the mornings, and I'd carry out the rest of my routine as normal
 
Hanging is a good way to make growth but it’s not the only way and it should be incorporated with other exercises to maximize your growth. In length work we have hanging, extenders, Lengthmaster, powerassist and manual work. I would pick a few other exercises to work in conjunction with your hanging if that is your plan. I also suggest you have a good read through SRT and look at some of the routines they’re hanging and otherwise. I will teach you quite a bit about growth and healing.
 
I think your routine looks solid. Make sure you read and understand the SRT thread so you can do things in the right order and cement gains. I incorporate low weight hanging(1-2lbs) for 3-4 hours at a time(Silicone sleeve w/ weight) after stretching. Also, the Bathmate+SSJ 5x3 routine has proven to be a great girth builder.

I personally find the SSJ hard to perform given my size, Im doing something along the lines of 100 jelqs into 5-10 min of bathmate. And regarding order, is doing length before girth that important?

You always want to do length before girth because if you are expanded it becomes very hard to stretch your penis. Stretch first and do you girth later. For now the regular jelq is just fine but I want to see you get into the SSJ as soon as possible.
 
Yea length first personally, you will gain some girth gains along the way anyway

It’s really hard to stretch a penis that has been expanded through girth work.
 
Newbie here. I've been hanging for about 4 to 5 weeks. I bought a bib starter and am ready to toss it in the street. I have adjusted tweeked it so many times its unreal. It keeps pinching under the shaft. Ive tried with no wrap, silicone sleeve to wrap and sleeve. It still pinches. No matter how tight I get the hanger it still slips down my shaft....any advice or recommendations for a better hanger?

Not personally tried BIB hanger as got a hanger myself, not had any issues pinching or slipping too much with mine.

Other option is LM, however no matter which one you will need a good enough wrap, what did you use to wrap?
 
Get yourself a Lengthmaster! It has a very wide footprint which allows for less pressure that causes pinching. I also suggest trying different wrapping techniques. For the LM I use theraban and Ace to wrap. The most important part of wrapping is making sure there is no creases or folds anywhere in the wrap. Even the smallest fold will cause on believable pinching. Wrapping the wrong way for me was hell! I could barely hang 5 pounds without extreme pinching. After I got my wrap done right and smooth I was able to hang 70 pounds with no pinching at all.
 
Sorry for the slow reply. I've been wrapping with ace. Not sure how many wraps to do. I'm 55 so I have a lot of loose skin on the bottom of the shaft. No matter how well I wrapped it pinched like hell. I may have to try a different hanger for sure.
 
I also had to take a week off do to red spots covering my shaft also had a couple of small skin tears. Used cortisone cream to clear it up. Wanted to try something different today. Warmed up with heating pad for 20 mins. Hooked up to 10lbs for first 20 min session. Rest for 15 mins moved up to 15lbs for 20 mins rested for 15 mins moved up to 20 lbs for 2 sessions for 20 mins. Fatigue set in on the 2nd 20 lb session about 5 mins left. Went immediately to 15 mins heating pad then finished session with 100 jelqs. Ive noticed some skin stretch close to the glad but no length to speak of. Have noticed that my shaft has a spongy feel to it and my hard on girth is thicker. Hung for 5 weeks 1 week off.

Good to hear back from you. When you’re wrapping no matter what kind of rap you use the most important thing is that there are no wrinkles or creases in your wrap. The smallest wrinkle or crease or fold will cause unbelievable pinching and pain. This is how it was for me. But when I learned to keep my wrap very smooth I was able to hang without any pinching at all.
