New routine. What do you think?

My brothers, Monday I will start a new routine and progress thread to keep you all updated on what's going on. Like I stated in my first thread I have no money to spend (for now) in devices and also I do not have much privacy (1 hour to 2 hours max of "alone time" every day). My goal for now is just length gains.

I've been doing my research and I created a routine, but I don't know if it's well built for my goals.

Here's the routine.

JAI stretch hold for 2 seconds 20 reps (To warm up)
Basic stretch hold for 30 seconds all directions (straight out, left, up right, down) 2 sets in total
Bundled stretch hold for 30 seconds all directions (straight out, left, up right, down) 2 sets in total
A-stretch hold for 30 seconds 5 reps in total.
Rotating stretch 10 Cranks (20 seconds each Crank)

Should I add Jelqing, edging, more length exercises, or more sets and reps? What do you think? I need your help.

You are completely new to pe right? If so your routine is a great starting point to answer your question about if you should add more stretches etc I’d suggest you start with the routine you have maybe give it a couple days or weeks see how you feel if you feel like you can add more stretches go for it we’re all different in what we can handle so it’s all about trial and error and reading your body I’d suggest read over dlds 1st ever routine the newbie routine and it’ll give you a good indication of how to go about it also jelqs are totally up to you and will aid in you length workout as well as girth so I’d add that in too ! Hope this helped brother

Thanks for the reply brother. I have 3 months of PE experience The routine is not much but I will keep you updated with a progress thread. .

I will brother thank you. Looking forward to seeing your posts as well. I know that my routine is not much but it's just the beginning.
 
Been a very long time since I saw anyone use the JAI stretch ... so long in fact, that I found the exercise and bumped the thread.
 
I think you'd be better of starting with bundled stretches

I agree with Born on this. Before both length and girth sessions you should get in five minutes of bundled stretches. This pre-stretches the Tunica and allows you to take on much more size.

I will start with the bundled stretches then. Hey DLD what do you think about the routine ? Would you make some changes ?

No I would make no changes, I am actually curious to see how much you get from the JAI stretches. My only advice is to be sure you do you’re doing bundled stretches before every workout. Also as you can increase the intensity of the stretch or exercise we are using. Keep track of things because eventually you’ll switch to a new and more powerful exercise or tool when things plateau.

You have enough time to make 2 inches gains with your bare hands if you are consist. I see you have been away for a very long time.
