Phallosan Forte - Optimum Tension?

Hi all

I've seen a lot written about amount of hours needed to get to goals, and combinations with other methods, but with respect to the tension it should be at, I am hearing different things - Some indicate that low tension is enough, others imply that too much tension can have reverse affects and cause it shrink...

Does anyone have any indication as to ideal and optimum tension across usage?

eg: Should your first 100 hours be in low green? When should you be hitting Amber? And red?

Would be great to hear from anyone who has had a good result with the Phallosan Forte...

I have never used one but there are many users on the forum so I hope that somebody can chime in for you.
 
So I use my PF more as a supportive tool to aid in healing in an enlarged state rather then stand alone. I think I started off in mid-green level and pretty much keep it there. Maybe edge towards yellow from time to time, but my goal with those are time,
Not too much stretch. I want to be comfortably elongated as long as I can be so that I can heal after an intense hanging workout of something.

Thanks, this is useful to know. I will see what my results are like with the Phallosan for a few months and then decide if I upgrade to additional PE measures!
