Here is a pic of a good set up I've been using. This combo gives the good solid downward stretch on the ligs from the rods and pairs it with the vacuum cap so there is no loss of circulation and no need for breaks. I have a small metal wire wrapped around the top part of the bell and I put it through the 2 top holes in the sg and twist it on. As you can see I'm able to get max tension with this set up and wear it as long as I want straight without the need to restore circulation. that looks very comfortable, im using my sg with the vlc at the moment, its comfy but im not sure about having my foreskin stretched for long periods of time. I worry that its going to get stretched to much, i been looking at maybe getting the pmp head attachment to replace the vlc but now ive seen this i may look into this method instead. great stuff thanks mate

Yah I've never tried the vlc but I am cut and I've heard it works better for guys un cut. I've had this on 3 straight hours right now and I plan on about 4 more hours in it today. Plan is to then hang a set or 2 then put forte back on at lower tension using the belt system

Fuck. Never thought of a chicken wire/speaker wire type thing to hold the PF in place where the tension clamp hook should be. Very genius man.

Now we just got to work on getting that damn pump off the bell. That thing is fucking ridiculous.

Is that toilet paper I see @ the base?

Guys, when you try it can you PLEASE tell me whether that mod is better than the VLC one (cause that might change my opinion and make me get a PF instead of a VLC!!!). Please after you try that- please tell me whether you find it better than the SG/VLC combo!!

Also- man can you rate the comfortability of this? Is it very comfortable to use that mod?

Wonder if it works better than the pmp as well...

i tried wrapping metal wire around where the tension clamp goes but then looping extra wire up to the glans attachment of my extender. i had to make my extender like 15 inches. i never thought to do it the way he did. i smacked myself in the face when i read his OP.

one time i forgot my pump at my office and wanted to wear my PF at night. so i put my glans all the way into the bell then unrolled my sleeve like i normally would. but then i put a little piece of scotch tape over the hole of he PF to create a seal. worked great

Yes I've used tp at the base of my sg for a long time. I just take 4 squares that are still connected then fold them in half 3 times and it makes a nice soft rectangle to put over the base part. I've used a baby sock in there at times as well but what I like about the tp is I just throw it out after my session instead of having to wash a piece of cloth or sock I just use a new piece the next dat

Yah I used string in my trials but I prefer the metal wire. I had a string piece stretch out too far and loosen up and detach from the bell. I wrap the metal wire around the top part of the bell then I give it a twist or 2 so it stays tight around the bell then i have the wire long enough to put one side through the right and left holes at the top then twist those 2 together on the back of the sg

Plus, I think it would be REALLY AWESOME if we get some guys that have both the VLC and the PF post what they think the difference is. You can not give a good comparisson, but the others who have tried both would be really interesting to hear- so.. anyone... youknowme, you got the VLC as well?

Yes I feel the stretch the most in my ligs at the base of penis just like when I hang or use the extender with strapping in
