The other day I tried really hard to figure out what was causing my premature ejaculation...

Then I massaged the bulbocavernosus muscle, and had an orgasm within a minute without barely touching the shaft..

I have uploaded a photo here where you can see which muscle I mean:

How can I ger rid of the sensitivity in this muscle? I mean, it is clearly that muscle.. Because the premature ejaculation is not psycological and it's not because the head of my dick is too sensitive or whatever... I'm pretty confident in bed, (beside when I feel that I will ejaculate too fast) and I could probably jerk of with sandpaper in my hand and around my dick.... so the "shaft" is not sensitive at all.. Its the muscle behind the balls if you know what i mean...

Anyone else have the same problem?
 
I tend to think that it is psychological. For me, when I am thinking to much about if I am going to last long enough or I might shoot off to quick I do. It could be a subtle thought, even when I am feeling confident, and that thought will work on my nerves until it manifests.

The pelvic floor muscles do have the ability to stop or progress ejaculation but it takes some time to master this. Doing the standard PC workout will be important but as your muscles become stronger and more able to control this you will want to practice edging and other ways to master ejaculation.

In some case reverse kegels will help give you more control but in many other cases kegels will be the fix. It is truly a self exploration and practice to find what works for you.
 
To me it is a mind game. But you should work your PC regardless. I know I was having this some problem and I noticed I was thinking too much about it. And I couldnt relax, I would flex my abs and glutes very tight and this would speed up my ejaculations as well. I stopped both and It helped but PC work is the Heavy Hitter to solve this.

Yes it is a mental game. You are going to get what you think about most, good or bad.
 
After having paid more attention I realise that you guys are right about this - it is a mind game! I also realise that I really question my self A LOT during sex, and even while taking practice "in my own hands", and that is what is tiggering the premature ejac. You need mental stillness, I have really learnt this.

Anyways, I have been practicing PC muslces for a while now, and the pelvic muscles has got pretty stong. But the thing is that when I come to "point of no return" and squeeez reeeally hard, my balls kinda hurt afterwards. Am I squeezing to late when I'm squeezing exactly when I have reached orgasm? Because if I squeeze sooner than PONR, the BC-muscle just keeps getting irritated and triggers then triggers orgasm...

Did it hurt for you in the beginning? Any danger in this? What happens to the sperm when you squeez exactlly when you have reached orgasm, and there for stop the ejucaltion progress?
 
During my last little fling with this girl I started noticing that two major factors had to deal with this problem for me and both kind of interlace....1. Excitement level - If I'm super horny and get very excited early odds are I'm not going to last very long...2. Mental - If I think "oh god this pussy feels soooo good wooooow" and focus on how pleasureful it is then that also gets me to the point of no return...What I started to do was

1. Try not to get overly excited ( I know...easier said then done ;) )
2. BREATHE - try to keep up some deep strong breaths...not only will this help keep your heart rate down a tiny bit but I found I was focusing more on breathing habits than how amazing the sex was...
3. If possible...put on some music...try to have sex to the rhytHydromax of the music ( this should help keep your mind away from shooting your baby juices )
4. Mix it up...if you feel like your getting close to orgasm, STOP, switch positions / kiss+finger / go down on her...do something to delay the urge


Those are just some things that helped me...try some stuff out and figure out what works for you :)

That could very well be your problem...don't doubt yourself! Think positive and put confident thoughts in your mind!

EVen when it feels fake, still do it. It is through a repetitive process of positive thought replacement that belief structures are changed.

Absolutely right! It's kinda like opertant conditioning.

Now dont get me wrong, I can have sex for at least 5 minutes now. My question was: Do your balls hur when doing a kegel when you reach PONR?? Mine does. If this is not unhealthy, or dangerous, I could keep doing this eventhoug my balls hurt - and have sex for a couple of more minutes....
 
Somehow a lot of guys don't know this, BUT the muscle you should
train is actually the anal muscle. When you train this muscle you will
train the PC muscle as well(at the same time).
When you train the anal muscles you train the prostate, and one
of the main reasons for Penis Enlargement is actually a weak prostate.
Masturbating, having sex and Penis enlargement exercises can
cause Penis Enlargement if you overdo it.

How to do the exercise: Flex the anal muscles as if you were trying to pull
in air into the anus. That exercise is 3 times as good as just training the PC
or BC muscle alone. :) Cheers!

When training the pelvic floor muscles you are also training all connecting structures including the Anus, UM Diaphragm, Pubococcygeus and Bulbospongiosis.

So you could see how much you have been missing:) Just start training the PC muscles, it is simple and can be done anywhere.
 
If your PC muscle becomes strong, it can really help you last longer. But i believe if you dont win de mind game, none of those exercises will work. Dont let your mind get control over you. Before you go in, think of other stuff, dont think of: ''OMG im going inside her, imgoing to have sex, omg she loooks soo hot, that ass.. damnnn''. When you enter, think of: Man that last call of duty game, AWESOME, gave those mofo's some headshotss. You can also think of something funny, like: ''Im going in, Roger. Fire at will!(Hydromaxm maybe thats not so smart to fire at will lol). SOUNDS REALLY STUPID, but it takes your mind of the sex for a moment, and after you go in, and like have been sexin for like 5 minutes, then the control gets in your hands. It sounds weird but it really worked for me. Just at the beginning, dont get overexcited, and to not become overexcited, you can do those stuff.
