So heres everything in a short pack and then we can discuss

I pump usually to 10-15hg max dont wanna go too far. Make sure your shaved all the time and use albolene. Avoid too much masturbation with albolene, purpose is only so when the penisnis sliding into the cylinder that when it expands it has the option to do so with albolene (max gains).

Welcome to MOS brother. I read your post, you don't do any manual girth exercises? From what I've heard, those who don't add any manual girth exercises to their pumping routine end up losing their gains once they stop PE for a long time.

Laying down while pumping is mostly girth / length gains
Sitting up or standing is length / girth gains

The most is jelqing and you can’t lose gains while on the testovite because it’s already pumping blood to your penis to keep it full. You also have to maintain your size before continuing PE
So like yes you reached your gap lap now just keep it at that size every day then take your two week break and go for another goal.

He is down to 6.5 inches in girth now and this is despite the fact that he didn't stop training.

Here on MOS, we have people like Redzulu who has a permanent 7 inches mid shaft girth he gained more than 10 years ago. He still has his gains till this day.

Atrophy will require that one extra step for internal expansion via SSJ routine. External will only do so much. Internal is needed.

I can and of course have been wrong in the past. A percentage of brothers can get away with just pumping alone, but at very high inHg. It does quite a bit of both internal and external damages, and that is the key method without SSJ.

I love when I get responses because it exposes more of what I’ve done in this experiment. To prevent fluid retention it is best to use medical marijuana. I use vapes with the oil, you want one with the ingredient that is anti inflammatory. That battles having to use a hot towel every time you pump to prevent that from happening. Now the medical weed plus a heating pad on the cylinder; really helps for gains and to soothe any pain

Normal erection girth is what is the issue with the current pump. As of filling it fully; no I don’t consider going that far, you have to know when your filling you cock up with blood. Also should be having more sessions where you’re not busting a nut either. You should be holding and letting the test run through the blood all day from the supplements.

I jelq, I do know my technique works. I sometimes edge and sometimes. Balloon. And ballooning helps but sometimes it’s too good so I do it occasionally

in the tube, I filled the diameter of girth and that’s with only getting the first session started.

You can pump but the longer you get and the wider the tube, the more air you have to pump which will probably lead to having to use a different hand pump to get more air out faster.
I also recommend drinking a lot of cats claw tea and anything to really support your test. It shows a difference and I wake up every morning still seeing the gains from the night before. If anything you’d probably lose a little girth gains depending on your length. I believe you really have to work this tissue until you start seeing that the less maintenance you need the better. It’s like teeth to me, when you get them in perfect position and keep them on a brace for a few years. They don’t ever really move back and if so barely.
