Tell me what you think of this. Basically my whole length routine has been based on constricted jelqing. I stopped doing this for a bit and tried doing Cool as Fcuks stretch rountine but didn't seem to gain off it. Even doing it for months. Just lately I continued using jelqing for length and I'm starting to gain again big.
Ufortantally I've now got turkey neck so bad I'm even considering surgery. It's literally going over half way non errect if I pull it out.
I really dont want to give up the jelqs cause thats where my gains have come from. I'm also really scared of loosing my length gains if I stop. I'm really confused.
I think I'm going to start a stretch routine again. I need something powerful and was wondering what you'd personally reconmend. Infact what would you reconmend in this situation.
Any help would be more than useful and appriecated. I've looked at Kongs thread on T.N. and I'm just starting out on it.
