smoking of any kind causes fatty deposites in the blood which trap blood getting around the body. A lot of people have become impotent in later life because of smoking.

It's definately not going to benifit Penis Enlargement, or any GYM exercise.

I dont know if it's a mega problem in the training of either, but it is know 2 cause impotence in some people over time. Which makes me think there's no benifit from either.
