PE workout has been going great. In the AM I do ball and lig stretches in front of heater, then LM bundled stretches, also 20 min with infrared after. I keep it wrapped and elongated for most of the day.
At night before bed I do ball and lig stretches with heater, LM bundled stretches, take some citrulline and then do my 5x5x3 girth work.
20 min of infrared, and then I wrap again to stay elongated and sleep through the night. It stays on pretty well and I’ll have the random erection here and there. But all in all it’s a comfy sleep even with me being wrapped elongated. I want to heal elongated through the night since I do the LM before bed
I also use vitamin E mixed with hydrocortisone
