Not really sure my brother but I think you’re gonna have to figure a lot of this out on your own because you’re the only one that’s doing it. I’ve been in the same spot many times and for me was always worth it to test the stuff out and bring it to the brotherhood when I know it’s safe and it works.

Im not sure if 1 hour per day is enough but would like to know if its better than nothing

Start out with one hour and see where you get. I would break the hour into six 10 minutes sets so you’re being extra cautious. If things feel good from there I had time and intensity or in this case weight. As I told you you’re the first want to try this so you’re going to need to keep track of everything so that if this exercise is productive you have a good documentation of how you did it

i can do 2 sets of 30mins without any discomfort or pain , isnt time under tension the key for hanging and lenght

I would take it slower than that in the beginning. There is no rush right now because you’re just testing things, so keep that in mind. I would spend a good week working with it to see how long you can go without an issue.

So to be cautious what I would do is maybe five minutes at a time the first couple days and then start adding time from there. Maybe you can go to sets of 30 minutes but it’s better to take it slower so you don’t injure yourself.
