case study Thrombosis vein, advice please!

Hey,
I’m pretty sure I have a thrombosis vein, it’s starts from my base and goes to my mid shaft, I won’t add a picture because it’s difficult to see and more noticeable by touch. It’s a very thin and hard vein, It doesn’t cause much if any pain maybe a dull ache but I have a very high pain tolerance so it’s hard to tell. I first noticed it yesterday, I think I created it in a girth workout of bathmate and squash jelq but it’s hard to know because I also clamp and hang, but I know I pushed that session too hard (yes dumb! And I obviously regret it now)
Anyway I would really appreciate some advice on recovery protocol, how long break I need to have from pe and routine to help it recover, and anyone’s past experience and general advice?

Brothers. I want to chime in here on clamping. This is just my opinion, ok?
Clamping is not good. At all. There is a mechanical reason why we get and stay hard. Back flow of blood is restricted during an erection and thus the hard on. If you restrict this for a length of time, especially clamping as well as long periods of time in a cock ring, you’re asking for trouble. The veins will undergo way too much force and also there are chances of blood clots forming. That’s a fact. Doing the @DLD SSJ routine is sufficient. Then ensuring you have an All Day Stretch in a SiliSleeve is a much safer option. The cockring or clamping is a set up for issues. Ones that can turn ugly. In my opinion.

I have written about this several times.
You don't want Deep Vein Thrombosis where old blood clot inside your veins. This is non recoverable, and when these blood clots dislodge...maybe in 2 or 5 years or longer...you can suffer from heart attack, blood flow blockage in your brain...and other bad things. Clamping is dangerous.

You should never clamp, it is to DANGEROUS
You need to rest your penis/tissue and do deep tissue massage in front of MOSRED.

Did you manage to fine your answer or got the solution based on extended rest? Missed this one. Normally 2 to 5 days are common rest phase for the blood vessel wall to restore, as long as you don't force more expansion. Compression is the key for thrombosis, and massage allows you to break any possible plague building resulting in an early stage of thrombosis.

However, swollen lymph also happens. Massage is the only way to loosen relax the swollen lymph. Rest will allow some recovery, but warm oil massage reduces it faster. This is why massaging therapists are in demands for those who have issues with their lymph drainages.

Brother SIM pushed through with stretches, which happens to mirror massages without knowing. Jelqing to get the blood flowing again during lengthening routines is a form of massage as well.

It's so important to increase the intensity in an exponential way. I started with Bathmate Hydromax 5 then, HydroExtreme 7 Wide Boy, then 7 Wide Boy with VacuVin modification and then MityVac water pumping.

Your tissue needs to get used to the vaccum pressure. In the beginning with Hydromax 5 I got almost no expansion, it took some time to see any substantial expansion.

I have to say I rest a bit, but otherwise I pushed through it.
Have always done alot of C-Jelq's on the side of my penis after and before session (massaged my penis).
That's shiatsu massage (xd)try to get a deep shiatsu massage or Swedish massage to compare. You'll be surprised how closely similar the jelqs (C, downward, or reverse) resemble the lymph drainage promotion massages. Oh, try not to get caught in the ones with the "happy ending" because the ladies see your third leg.

Yeh I rested for about 10 days, massaged and applied heat regularly and took ibuprofen and it went away, I am sooo grateful! I purchased an infrared panel with the same specs as the mos infrared to help prevent injuries, never want to take any unnecessary risks after this scare.
