It's the best PE hypnosis video I found. It contributes to PE because it reinforces the ideas in a calm controlled manner just like the perfect harmony between the mind and the body.

I can't tell you how many men have gone from no gaining to gaining just by changing their outlook and taking a better perspective. Everything starts in the mind and in that single thought, if we can truly see this in our minds we can definitely accomplish it. I put a lot of belief in this early in the MOS days and the reason I started the mental penis enlargement forum. There are some great threads in that forum that really help in inspiration and manifestation.

TBH I barely do any mental conditioning for PE because I know it works from all the exercises I've done, and also because being bigger is only a few inches away. I remember in one of your articles you suggested guys close their eyes and imagine themselves immersed in an imaginary personalized setting and personalized house being completely free, and envision themselves with their projected ideal version of penis. I remember doing that after reading the article and it was a great experience.
 
Also DLD, do you think I should be doing more mental conditioning? For example picturing my ideal size before EVERY workout, and what other mental conditioners can you reccommend that you currently use? Or do you think it's only necessary for PE non-believers or people who have a hard time doing PE? If so, how long do I go about it, like envision my ideal size for a minute or do a 10-minute mediation? Is it really necessary to continue doing different meditations and mental trainings?

The reason I ask is because when I'm horny for PE, I don't want to waste time by meditating or conditioning, but since I always go straight into my workouts, maybe I'm truly missing some sort of benefit even if I do feel I am overriding my arousal? Hope you understand me.

It sounds like you have found that special place naturally. Your outlook and attitude are very positive and your curiosity is peaked. You can practice meditation in PE while actually doing the exercises. Like for me, when I am stretching downward I like to close my eyes and imagine I am able to touch the ground and I will try with great intensity to try to make this happen. If I am stretching up I imagine I can touch the ceiling, so I stretch with great intensity to hit the ceiling. Of course I can't do these things but I still imagine it as it helps me be more creative with my output.

Thanks for sharing, will remember. That type of creativity puts it into perspective for me. I just did it and I believed it was touching the floor. When I looked back the stretch was noticeably longer than usual. It's very powerful and I wasn't stressing the force either, it was a naturally longer pull. I practice simlar creativity at times, but I need to exercise it more often. For example if I'm watching �naked people movies� and a guy is bigger or smaller than me or whatever size, my penis will gauge the condition of his size and EQ and reflect the feeling in mine and scavenge it. This is for girth or hybrid workouts. Keep in mind I make gains without any ADS or tools.

Imagination has such a huge impact on accomplishing greater goals than we can physically see. Of course, I was never able to touch the floor or the ceiling but the imaginary thoughts helped me stretch longer than I could without imagining it in my mind this way.
 
mediatte and speak to your subconicous what do you want , you can make it happen .... what you think makes your reality stay consistant you have like 60,000 thoughts a day dont waste them on negativity

Meditation & Prayer always bring me to a better place, a higher state of consciousness. Every thought we entertain has the ability to become experience so it is important to be aware of just how you are thinking. At first, changing the thought pattern may seem odd, or like you don't deserve it, but eventually the thoughts will change and become a happier reality. We tend to think that our minds are not that powerful but consciousness is very real and truly a gift from God. Become conscious of your thoughts and your feelings will change and this is what brings us to a better place in the outside world.
 
Threw a thanks & a like to you Max as i had not previously seen this thread & reading it has helped affirm/confirm stuff of this nature that i have been toying with myself, not only in pe but other aspects of daily life. So thanks bud, it just sorta popped up when i needed to read it &#128512;&#128077;
