I bought the jes extender that you speak of in your YouTube video, which you claim it is supposed to come with all these extra items. Well...even though I clicked on your link the only thing I got was a video and the extender. The extender btw doesn't even have the silicone tubing, just some rubber strip to put around just under the head. I am very disappointed. Just out of curiousity, you talk about the gains you have, yet you never post any pics. Why is that? I'm starting to think this is all a scam to make money.
