Can I ask what your rountine is. I reason I ask is I've managed to get a Thrombose vein and turkey neck.
I also have done this for a while now. But defeinately need a new rountine which is safe and not going to damage me.
I'm asking round a bit atm to figure out the best thing to do. Advice would be much appriciated.
