  • Bundles are an overall exercise, they focus more on the structure of the Tunica and therefore are helpful as a pre-workout for girth too. I would use bundles as a warm-up to your regular routine of stretching. 10 minutes in each direction is enough for now.
    You need to stretch to tension not to length my friend. Try getting 2-4 hours a day at 600 grams of tension or so for the first 2 weeks and then increase tension over time. As you increase tension length will be a natural result.
