can someone post a proper routine for the mityvacc pls. Im taking a break cus, I over pump. I stop today as of sept 12 to dec 11. to heal. its not a problem cus, I heal fast! just I, was at pressure using 21 avg on the gauged. An had a 2 cm bubble. broke bloody bubble last night with blood! Iam only doing extenting
