Kegels need to become your best friend. Your unit is a sponge and most dont see the real potential they can get up to from weak PC. Each morning I do kegels 30-60 minutes while watching sportscenter or Mike and Mike. I stretch sometimes with the kegels but I dont train for length that often, thats all I do for length gains.
